we went here for small plates and were not disappointed. The complimentary "looks like peanut brittle" but was more like a cookie was amazing. We shared six small plates and had a lovely bottle of wine, we left satisfied. The interior design was very interesting. The wait staff provided recomendations, paced our plates so we could enjoy. The host ensured... More

If you don't know it's a restaurant, you can walk right past. What a shame. We went for happy hour and as soon as we walked in we were surprised to see how beautiful it was. An old warehouse turned into a restaurant. We sat at a low table in the bar area with a curved seating around it. We... More

Had dinner there last week and enjoyed the fresh and yummy food at Pazo. Very interesting decor...a Mediterranean castle! Especially worth noting is the shrimp pops, pork belly, asparagus and the cavatelli. Will definitely go back the next time that I am in Baltimore.

We were in town for our niece's gradation from John's Hopkins University. She arranged the dinner reservations as it was on her graduation day. We were originally a party of 5 but her 2 brothers surprised us. (they are triplets and all graduating within weeks of each other) One flew in from LA and the other from NY. Their friend... More

The building is great, with a wonderful upscale feeling, which is probably why so many young professionals frequent the place. The drinks were average if a bit weak. The dishes were mostly small plates, intended to share. The food was good, not memorable, however they were all beautifully presented with great service. I found it all a bit pretentious.

I was recently in Baltimore scouring the city for apartments and to sightsee, and a friend of mine suggested Pazo for a nice dinner on our last evening there. My friend knows me well because it was everything I like to have in a restaurant experience: chic ambience, attentive service, delicious food, and great drinks. Pazo checked all the (high... More

Yes I went to that restaurant twice in one week because the food was delicious , portions just the right size , drinks strong and the rhythm of the meal ( something I recently discover and start appreciating) was perfect . Not too fast not too slow.i highly... More

Really well presented and tasty food. Tried many different items and shared with a friend. The decor and design is worth going in alone. Sit in the comfy couches for a drink and app. Make a reservation in advance if you want a table.

My family was blown away with our dining experience. It's been a very long time that our family of four has sat in a restaurant and enjoyed the dining experience. Pazo brought it all together for us. First, the service was outstanding. The staff was attentive to details, friendly, and accomodating to requests. Second, the food was simply amazing. My... More
