We visited this restaurant during attending a conference in Baltimore. The octopus salad and the grilled calamari with stuffed cheeses were great appetizers. Then we both ordered Branzino which is very similar to the Turkish Levrek. We finished our dinner with sharing Loukmades. Our Persian...More

We had lunch at the Black Olive in late March. The food was excellent, the service cordial and professional and the restaurant itself quite lovely. Our three course prix fixe meal was very well prepared and quite tasty. I started with the feta and tomato...More

First off -you can smell the fresh baked bread before you even enter the restaurant. It was very tasty crunchy crust bread. The bread alone would get me to return. We had the appetizer for four of assorted Greek dips. It was wonderful. They have...More

It’s been a favorite of mine for years, but tonight the food wasn’t good (tasted fishy) and the service was terrible. The Boss wasn’t there. Was that why? So maybe if I go back, I’ll be sure to confirm that he’s on patrol.
