We went on a Friday morning. Parked in a lot around the corner. When you go in, you have to go to the back counter to get your name on the list, and everyone else waiting was back there, too, pressing their backs up against the wall to keep the aisle clear for servers bringing food from the back kitchen.... I ran 5 miles in the morning and thought I needed a treat at noon so I talked my wife on going to a late breakfast. I had checked out the menu on line and the decadent French Toast was the ticket. So off we went . Parking is tough but after two times around the block ,bingo we got... More

We were in the neighborhood and finally decided to stop by. Be prepared to park on a side street and walk as there isn't a parking lot for the cafe. One we arrived, we waited for seating which didn't take long. We were invited to serve ourselves some coffee while we waited. The coffee was excellent and not the mud... More

Everything from the service, to the coffee, to the food was fantastic. I got the breakfast burritos - the portions were much larger than I expected and they were so simple but delicious. One of my friends got the captain crunch French toast (which sounded awful, IMO) but it was so good she didn't even use syrup! I also ordered... More

This was my second attempt and so glad I waited. I went on a Saturday morning and it was an hour wait. This time a Sunday afternoon and still an hour wait but worth it. Challenged by a small and quant space and a drafty seat by the door when it's 32 degrees out was oh so enhanced by perfectly... More

Nice time. Good food! Good portions! Service was quick and polite. Atmosphere is important and there it is quaint but a little crowded! I had potato pancakes which were different than I usually have. Their cinnamon rolls were terrific.

Just a terrific breakfast. The Captain Crunch French Toast was really unique and delicious...no syrup necessary. We also had the Potato Pancakes for a savory twist...also good! The staff is friendly, fast, and very cool. Food was served very quickly. Not a lot of space here, so get there early and don't be surprised if you have to wait a... More
