I love the décor of this restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Their signature dish is the Captain Crunch French toast. It is delicious. They are into presentation which is wonderful to experience for breakfast. We visit often.

Fast service and great food made this an ideal stop for picking up lunch food. Eggs Benedict and blt sandwich were great.

This is an eclectic small restaurant with fast service but there can be a wait at peak times. The food looked abundant and tasty. I had the eggs benedict with crab and would not recommend it as the hollandaise sauce was not so flavorful. But I would like to try other dishes. They had sold out of the cinnamon rolls which... I have to fess up and I didn't want to go here at all. I avoid gluten and carbs too. I had their special of the day, I think it was called sweet baby jesus or something similar. Hash browns, scrambled eggs, hollandaise sauce and we were in Baltimore so crab. It was ok. Hash browns were crispy, and good... More

Maybe it was because we went in the evening, but the food was not very good. I got a scramble which was mediocre at best. Two others at my table got a special that they didn't like. Fourth person got the Captain Crunch french toast, and she thought it was just OK. I also didn't like the fact that gratuities... More

Six of us (2 over sixty, 2 under 13, and two parent-types) went to the Blue Moon for breakfast. The restaurant is quirky but inviting, immaculate, airy, and comfortable. We had a fabulous cinnamon roll "appetizer" (plate of cinnamony deliciousness to share) and then we ordered from a complete but original menu. The Eggs Benedict were wonderful, the bacon side... Sought this place out based on TA reviews and the desire for quirky, good and off the beaten path. Did not disappoint. Had both the specialties, CC french toast and the Baby Jesus and yes, they are all they are touted to be. Fresh fruit is beautiful! The crab that came on the BJ and my daughter's eggs benedict was... The Blue Moon Cafe is a tiny little place, but their food is fantastic and delicious. The cinnamon roll, one of my favorite foods, is the best cinnamon roll I've ever eaten. It's sweet, without being overly sweet. Great ratio of cinnamon, to frosting, to the roll. All of the wait staff is super friendly and their service is excellent.... More

JUST WHEN I THOUGHT I'D HAD IT ALL! Originally, my family was set to go to a different venue, but a young man at a retail store directed us to this restaurant...and we THANK HIM! The space is very small, consisting of (3) 2 seating tables, (4) 4 seating tables, (1) 6 seating table, and about 3 seats at a... More

I like to try new things and couldn't be in Baltimore without trying this place. My co-workers recommended this place. It's small on the inside at the Aliceanna location and can get busy, but it's worth the wait. The service was great. You get tons of food. I ordered 2 specials and I loved every bite. One was french toast... More
