Parking across the street $7.00 - The 6:30 crowd was an older crowd the 7:30 crowd filled the seats. Best Prime Rib in my life ! They must char rare prime ribs to meet customers Medium Rare requests - Waiter did not know the Bourbon selection. Sangria could have incorporated a better wine selection. A 7:30 table near us was... As always, TIo Pepe's foods and service makes returning time after time when in Baltimore, as this means yet another delightful and terrific dinner. We go as a group and the food from the appetizers of puffed potatoes, garlic shrimp, salmon, etc. to the crab cakes and fish dishes are so terrific. The Sangria is tasty as are all drinks. Desserts... When our husbands went to a Baltimore Orioles/New York Yankees game, my friend Dawn and I headed to a classic Spanish eatery, Restaurante Tio Pepe. The food was great. But the atmosphere made the experience for us. The restaurant is cut up into many little rooms, so you feel as if you have a good deal of privacy. The sangria... More

Tio Pepe was thought to be a good choice for dinner. The ambiance was different and comfortable. The menu options were varied and had many choices. I picked the pricy Suckling Pig, and my partner had a Veal dish with Mushrooms. Both were Salty and a big let down. Nothing can describe the food presentation, or flavor. The Redeemer was... More

I had not dined at Tio Pepe's in decades when my husband decided to throw an anniversary party for our immediate family. Genius on his part! Many of us chose the paella - amazing flavorful portions beautifully presented. Crab cakes are delicious as well as the duck breast. The sangria is perfect the beverage for most of the menu. Save... Gotta love this Baltimore tradition of fine Spanish cuisine. Easy self serve off the street parking, ($7.00), right across the street from the restaurant. Down a few steps leads you to a small bar that has everything you could want. We choose a pair of salt laced, Cuervo margaritas, Ahhhh! On to the table, no wait about 5:30 pm on... More

Recently went to Tio Pepe's for lunch with three guests and as always the service and food were excellent . The Maitre D'Francisco gave me a warm welcome and greeting and immediately escorted our group to a table of my choice. The wait staff promptly brought the warm baked bread and butter to the table and took our order for... More

My first trip to Tio Pepe and I was not disappointed. I enjoyed the spanish omelette, black bean soup and flan. It is restaurant week here in Baltimore, so they offered a lunch special. Take advantage if you can. It saves $$. If you can't afford a meal here, come for coffee and dessert. Yum!

Tio Pepe has been in business for many years. The restaurant is located below several of Baltimore's famous rowhouses and features an exposed brick interior. The food is elegant Spanish quisine. Fabulous and always far more than we can eat. They have 2 types of sangria - red and white. Both delicious. And even though you are stuffed at the... More

Had always wanted to have dinner here, just never seemed to have the time. We decided to try it during "RestaurantWeek". It was 3 of us And we all ordered from the special 3 course dinner. All had the same appetizer-"Gambas al a Jillo"(shrimp in garlic sauce. 1 entree was the Paella, the other 2 were the Tenderloin filet. For... More
