I found the beef very chewy . Had heard it was great. I had the beef sausage combo--wasn't blown away . It was good --not great

I no longer live in the part of Baltimore Chaps is located in (thank God) but for my birthday this year we took the hour drive to Chaps for some serious food. Google the two episodes Chaps was featured in "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives" and you'll get a good idea of what you're in for. Mounds and mounds of delicious... More

Once a year is not enough. My husband and I absolutely love this place. We had the Triple D which is pit beef, corned beef and sausage. It is divine. We also had the fries with cheese. Love the crispy fresh French fries. And the cheese had a nice sharp taste. Carnivores dream of this place. Can't wait to return.... More

Yes it's in a small shack next to a giant strip club.n yes there's not. Lot of seats and lines are long at lunch time. Food is amazing. Portions are huge, prices are decent. Pit beef with tiger sauce is to die for!!! Try it once and you will be hooked!

Chaps never fails to deliver great food service and atmosphere. The tiger sauce is a must to go with any sandwich.

It is a very small building with limited seating and shares parking lot with a strip club. We were a little hesitant to go in, but figured it had to be worth the trip because three different food network shows featured this place. I tried the Raven. The meat was exceptionally tasty, but I was left to choose my own... More

This is the greatest place for a total meat lover in Bmore. Great menu of everything you could want between bread hot. Soft buns n rolls, meat cooked and served to order. CAN NOT, WILL NOT, AND SHOULD NOT TRY CHAPS AT LEAST ONCE !!!!
