Stopped in for coffee and a little breakfast. Great atmosphere, great smoothie and coffee to start the day. Really cool spot.

The cashier was not very friendly not customer service oriented. She made the ordering awkward. The other staff members were very nice and I felt they compensated for the counter girl. The latte was very good, as were the bagels and tea. A change at the ordering station would help.

I hate eating breakfast at hotels so I usually get up earlier and walk to a local place. Milk and Honey was a great option! The food is fresh and delicious. The coffee was quite tasty.

We were staying in a hotel nearby and just needed a quick breakfast: croissants, bagels, yogurt and coffee. The plain and chocolate croissants were above average (not superior) and the bagels were average. The yogurt - whole milk (which I prefer) - was great. Coffee was above average (not superior). The cafe felt like a clash between a hipster market,... More

Very interesting and unique food choices. The lavender and honey pie was out of this world! Coffees and teas, comfortable place to relax and unwind.

Very cute cafe with good food! Nice for a snack or light bite. Ordered a "adult grilled cheese" panini with an iced mocha and a chocolate croissant -- all really yummy.

Went there for lunch today with an out on town friend. There were three people behind the counter and nobody else was waiting. Nobody said hello or can I help you or anything. The young woman that eventually took our order spent a couple minutes organizing cookies on the counter. No "I'll be with you in a minute" nothing. Eventually... More

My wife and I stumbled upon this local market and cafe as we were walking through Mt Vernon to see the lighting of the Washington monument. This cafe is a great spot to meet for breakfast, pastries and tasty sandwiches. We recommend the HAM and CHEESE sandwich, its soo good!. Cons: (1) We don't recommend their hot chocolate- its not... There were many choices here for a quick breakfast. My yogurt mixed with granola was delicious. Service was great and the vibe was low key and positive.

I stopped in here for a quick sandwich as I ran from one meeting to another meeting. They are cute little market style cafe with tons of local produce and regional products. But they are kind of tucked away in Mount Vernon on the corner of Cathedral and Reed Streets. I don’t always remember it’s there – but I passed... More
