Service was great, food was average at best. I had the Maryland crab soup, if no one told me that it was made with crab I would have thought it was chicken soup with hunks of tomatoes, I make better soup at home, I should have gone for the cream of crab perhaps. My husband had the mussels with the... More

They've been around for decades and they don't disappoint. This place can get crowded and noisy. If you don't mind that and enjoy mussels, you're in for a treat. Parking is also an issue because this is the Fells Point neighborhood in which parking spaces are at a premium. Great bar scene too.

Had dinner at Bertha's Mussles - even though I don't eat mussels - they have a nice menu of many other options - the wild Mushroom stuffed ravioli with Champagne cream sauce was excellent. And my date had the crab cakes and said best he ever had! Would recommend reservations if going during prime times - we were there at... More

Great bar, biggest sweetest juiciest. Mussels, love this place. Go to Baltimore and go here, local beer on tap and amazing desserts.

Stopped in with the family after dinner for a beer and to hear some "Blues"! Fun bar with plenty of history! Don't miss it!

We had dinner with another couple. Food was so so and overpriced. But that is not what prompted this review. We were just finishing desert when the manager asked us to leave because she said they needed the table for another reservation! We had been there for a little over an hour. We eat out often and have never experienced... More

Had basil/butter mussels and coconut lime mussels with a beer (Union Black). Restaurant is unimpressive, parking is rough, food is meh. Came in on a certificate and probably wouldn't go out of my way to come here. Server (Zach) was very kind and pleasant. Not a bad experience by any means, but wouldn't tell my friends and family to go.

This restaurant serves a large selection of seafood dishes. They have oyster stew and mussels with many types of sauces. The menu also includes paella for two.
