The filet mignon was very tender , the servers seemed rushed so unable to build any type of a rapport

Crab... who thought to eat these damn things? First a hammer is necessary. Once you've wrestled with them for 10 minutes you get 1 oz of meat. It tasted great, but it is more effort than its worth. :) Their shrimp on the other hand was well worth the effort! Really great guys, and great flavors.

100 degree weather, walking for hours, and hot steamy crabs and shrimp sounds awful right? Wrong! Every hammer cracked shell of perfectly seasoned crab and shrimp was worth the dehydration and sweat. Maybe its touristy but who cares, it was delicious, fresh and priced reasonability. Its like dinner and view with the beautiful dock you sit out on. Don't expect... More

My only negative is that our waitress added her gratuity to our check and it was only two of us. Plus she didnt even have the guts to tell us what she was doing. Our check was $200 and I tip 20% all the time, so she cost herself money. The crabs were really good to bad the waitress didn't... More

This was a dock masquerading as a crab house. I am not a finicky person, but I must say if you want the real thing, this place is not it. Here's what was wrong: we were all served at significantly different times. Our orders of one pound of crab legs were skinny and what made it impossible to enjoy was... More

Usually find Trip Advisor reviews to be a great guide. Was surprised this place had such high reviews. Made me wonder if the owner had family & friends do a bunch of write ups. Seriously. They didn't even have a cocktail fork upon request to assist in eating seafood. Everything we had was OK, but nothing special, including the crabcake.... More

Fantastic experience. This was our restaurant of choice after careful research and lots of review reading. We were not disappointed. We got to dine alfresco during beautiful summer weather. We ordered a dozen of the large crabs and totally pigged out. We got sweet-potato fries and Boardwalk fries with the malt vinegar and it was nothing short of heavenly. We... More

This restaurant, located in Canton, is shaped like a boat. It has been a fixture in the city for years. There is an inside dining room but in the summer try to get a table on the outside deck located waterside. Sometimes it's difficult to get one, especially on weekends. Owned by the same guy for decades.
