Visited Pasquale’s on the recommendation of a friend, Denise, after a health care appointment at John’s Hopkins Bayview Hospital. Denise said that talking about Disquale’s made her mouth water just to think about their Italian subs. It was only a few miles away from Bayview.... We had a Peroni on draft , small calamari (it was a large serving) , bowl of pasta fagioli soup ( ask for parmesan cheese) and a large The Real Italian sub. The food was delicious. The prices reasonable. We went at lunchtime on a beautiful weekday in Baltimore. There was only one delightful waitress for the entire restaurant so there was a wait to take our order, get our drinks and the check; however, the young man who served the food and cleaned up the plates and tables was very punctual. So our food was delivered hot, but arrived out of order… subs first, calamari second, and lastly the soup. Perhaps service is exceptional when they are not so busy. Overall we enjoyed it very much.More

We usually have lunch here about once a month, and each time we so much enjoy our meal from the old world Italian sandwich to the seafood salad to the linguine with clam sauce to the delicious side orders. You just cannot go wrong, and...everything is so reasonably priced! Love this place!More

I’ve been a regular at dipasquales for years now, and I just want to emphasize how incredible this place is. It’s one of those places where someone asks “what’s the best thing on the menu?” and I genuinely have trouble answering as everything is so...good. My favorite place in Baltimore bar none.More

7 hours for Lasagna!! Absolutely. Our 2nd stop here with the first one at the old location. Sorry old school, but the charm of the old location was very cool, but the food carries on. OUTSANDING. Ordered one vegetable and on meat lasagna could not...finish then ordered one to go. Regret not getting two. We will be back. 3 meals two wines under $60.00. A top 3 favorite on the east coast.More

I lived almost half my life in Baltimore but did not learn of Di Pasquale’s Italian Marketplace & Deli until I started seeing it featured on TV. It obviously was someplace special. While my normal Baltimore routine is to head first for a crab cake,...I had made up my mind to start at Di Pasquale’s. Di Pasquale’s recently moved from its longtime location in a house in Highlandtown to a brand new multi-use development called Brewers Hill in homage to the historic former National Brewery and Gunther Brewery on contiguous blocks. The new Di Pasquale’s was filled to the brim with prepared foods, delicatessen, packaged Italian delicacies, produce and people. Tables are set up for wait service at one end of the store. The food is almost on par with fine Italian restaurants at prices well below. I enjoyed Chicken Noodle Soup and Eggplant Parmigiana. The servers were multi-tasking, which required a good pair of running shoes. But mine was cordial and competent. From now on, making a crab cake dinner my first stop in Baltimore will not be an automatic given the quality of food at Di Pasquale’s.More

Amazing food and selection. Have them grace you with one of the many sandwich and plate options or make your own picnic! Warning small sandwiches are generous. We each saved half for our plane flight back the next day-making other fliers jealous!

Stopped by 8/27/21 and it has moved. The Gough location is closed. They moved less than a mile away. Sorry don't have the address. New high rise building. Very nice. Same old good food!

Visiting from DC, we had very large servings of subs that were all excellent. They have Peroni of draft! The staff ( it feels like there are hundreds of people working there!) were all so friendly and attentive that all of us ended up buying...massive amounts of food including the frozen (stuffed shells, pepperoni bread, meatballs, pesto), prepared (deli meats and tomato sauce) and fresh (bread right out of the oven and cannoli's). We are already planning our return! What a great place.More

Sandwiches are outstanding, best around. Sauces in jars and frozen to take home. A few tables if you want to eat there. Homemade cookies. Only minor disappointment, the hot sausage seemed mild.

You know a restaurant is good when your 3 year old asks for it by name. We absolutely love Di Pasquale's and always have a wonderful meal! On days when i just don't want to cook this is our go -to! We love the gnocchi...and white beans and escarole. Definitely recommend!More

We really miss going to Di Pasquale’s. Before March 2020, we ate there at least twice the month. Everything from the sandwiches to the salads to the linguini is freshly made and so delicious. Since we only eat now outside, we have gone to their...other location downtown by the water. They have a few tables outside and it is the perfect setting on a nice day. We were there at the beginning of December and it was perfect!More

Always our first stop when we get to town! Fabulous food & service! Enjoyed rigatoni in meat sauce. Would love to duplicate this smooth meat sauce. The meat bomb was so tender and roasted vegetables were quite tasty. Paired perfectly with the to die for...🥖! Went back today to bring home frozen meatballs & tortellini!More

I have never had a bad meal here- everything is amazing! Rustico is my favourite sandwich! The store is also great, with very reasonably priced wine and other import items.
