First of all....we will be back for their happy hour...great menu and good prices. But, we also enjoyed our dinners...good portions, tasty choices and well prepared. Not cheap...but everything was cooked well and it's a warm atmosphere inside...bartenders were friendly as was our waiter.

The Silver Salmon Grille was AMAZING. Everything that we tasted was glorious, and the waitstaff was very kind. This was, hands down, the highlight meal of our entire week-long trip to Oregon/Washington. Coming to Oregon from Texas, we were so excited to eat salmon and other Northwest specialties, but we quickly realized that most restaurants along the coast really focused... More

We were on a cruise which stopped in Astoria. We were walking down the street and my daughter was offered a sample of clam chowder which she really enjoyed. We kept walking and then decided to come back and eat here. We were very glad that we did. The food was excellent and the portions were large. We had extra... More

We were in Astoria for 4 days and this was the best meal we had. It's not going to win any Michelin stars mind you, but it was very good and worth the visit. Decor was a little dark and old fashioned, but maybe that adds to ambience. At least it wasn't too loud like many restaurants are these days.... More

We had the halibut fish fry. Very good, great fries and Cole slaw. Lighter fares less expensive, some entrees can be pricey. Nice wine selection. Atmosphere a bit dark.

After hitting up a few breweries and the art galleries during Astoria's "Second Saturday", we stopped here for dinner. The restaurant has a wonderful, quiet, romantic atmosphere, but still maintains a playful side (you can color on the paper table coverings and if you're particularly talented they might display your work). We came for the seafood which was certainly good... More

I ate here after reading Trip Advisor review and am so glad I did.I spent over a week at the Coast and this was by far the best overall experience dining. I had Halibut filet with Dungeness crab topping and garlic mashed potatos. My friend had dungeness crab cakes-which of course I sampled...everything was cooked to perfection. They were willing... Stopped in Astoria in the evening and had dinner here, what a great choice. We all had some form of the salmon and really enjoyed it. You get a choice of the soup of the day with your main meal, which was lovely. The salmon in all its varieties was excellent and we really enjoyed the meal. Price is reasonable... More

After a long drive from Victoria Island we decided to have dinner there. Did not have reservations. Hostess friendly and sat us right away. Waitstaff very friendly. Full bar. Enjoyed our cocktails. Warm sour dough bread. Husband had the house special Salmon with BBQ Glaze topped with crab. He thought it wasnt bad. I had the Halibut Fish & Chips.... More
