We were in Astoria for a somber reason, but eating at the Pig 'n Pancake made us actually feel better. Even though it was packed, the service was excellent & so was the food! Husband had the Eggs Benedict & I had pancakes. Everything was hot & tasty.

We stopped only because it was on the highway and easy to get to for breakfast. Was pleasantly surprised in how flexible the menu was and most importantly that they have an option to substitute steamed vegetables for potatoes/toast. Portions were just right and food was served promptly by a very nice server.

I love this place for breakfast! They have enormous portions, so I was able to share with my granddaughter. The service was great as well. I was less impressed for dinner options, but again, a great breakfast. I had the Strawberry Blintz one day and the Kielbasa Skillet the next, and both were delicious! They also have Dungeness Crab Omelette... More

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat on our way home from Seaside. It was around lunch time. We were able to get seated right away even though the restaurant was hopping. Our waitress was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I had the Swedish Pancakes and my husband had an omelet. The food was... More

A friendly, cozy chain that makes me feel at home. I had hard to find Razor Clams. They were done properly and I enjoyed every bite. No restaurants had fresh clams from the beach, as the season is closed. But Fresh Frozen clams are still very good to eat. I will be back to this chain on my next trip.

The hostess seated us immediately, on a Saturday morning. Our server was very friendly and although she was busy, took very good care of our table. I had the biscuits and gravy w/sausage and eggs. Lots of food, but nothing special.

Not only was the service extremely slow, the food was average at best. I ordered biscuits and gravy. the gravy had no taste except flour and the biscuits were sweet and doughy. We were very disappointed.

If you are solely interested in breakfast keep track of this chain! The coffee is good, the service excellent, and the food is reasonable and tasty! If you like buckwheat pancakes they have them! I had Swedish pancakes and they were good! The restaurant appears clean and well lit with adequate parking.

We only live about 30 minutes south of Astoria so we are always in the area. My wife and I stopped into this P n P for a late breakfast. The restaurant was fairly busy. We were not greeted or acknowledged by the host who was busy with a couple paying their bill. We stood there among other people waiting... More

We typically look for a unique local favorite place for breakfast, but found none in Astoria so we ate here one morning and at a nearby restaurant Stephanies cabin the next. This was far better. Service was very good, place appeared clean and the food was good, but a little bland. Would eat here again next trip to Astoria.
