Great little place. Went for brunch around noon and only had to wait about 5-7 minutes. Ordered mimosas to start which were very tasty. I had the creme brûlée French toast and they were absolutely delicious. Ordered 2 pieces of coconut cake to go and they were also very good (a little overpriced at 10 dollars a slice). Great relaxed atmosphere in a neighborhood with small shops and other restaurants. Parking is limited.

I had never been, and now I will not stop talking about it. We had a reservation for my Birthday, arrived right on time and were taken to a cozy table next to a window with a view of the neighborhood. The décor here is sleek and modern but also warm and inviting at the same time. Our server (I think her name was Taylor) was attentive and pleasant without being intrusive, I enjoyed her very much. She started by letting us know that they have half off on wines for Mondays and it included champagne-Yes! There was a selection of three and I asked which her favorite was, and she lead me to the cava that was downright delightful. She later in the evening brought the bottle out for me to snap a pic of the label to find it elsewhere. We put in an order of the mozzarella bruschetta, and it came out pretty quickly. The bread is filled with melty cheese and piled on top are bright flavorful tomatoes, teamed with garlic, basil and pine nuts. I was almost embarrassed at the speed this whole plate was finished! Soon our starter plates were being cleared and our entrees were being placed in front of us. I had chosen the roasted duck that comes with creamy polenta, broccoli rabe, and apple mustarda. The duck was tender and juicy and melted in my mouth. The polenta was perfection with its creamy smooth texture. the broccoli rabe had a salty sour punch to it, and the apple mustarda added just a hint of sweetness to each bite. The flavor combinations, the way in which the dish was composed, and the presentation all made for an outstanding culinary experience. Stephen chose the ancho chili rubbed pork chop which is accompanied by caramelized apple butter sauce, baked mac and cheese, and sautéed green beans. I did get to try a few bites of this, and enjoyed it. He said that it was a meal he would order again, and that he was glad he had gone out of his comfort zone just a little bit. While we were still raving about the meals we had just devoured, we were soon choosing our desserts! We went over for the “tour” of the dessert case, and it all looks so delicious. In the end we decided on triple chocolate cake for me and salted caramel mocha for him. The cake was brought out and I couldn’t even believe the size of these slices!! We for sure didn’t need both, but they came home with us. They put a candle and Happy Birthday on the plate with some sprinkles, it was a wonderful end to a memorable meal. The timing of the courses, the flavors, the amazing service; I look forward to many more visits!

We recently had brunch here and I highly recommend making reservations. They were busy and we had a short wait while they got our table ready. There were quite a few things on the menu that I wanted to try; I selected the breakfast burrito and have no regrets. Great blend of flavors. My husband had the corned beef hash. This is a favorite dish of his and he said theirs was very good. We splurged and had dessert – a salted caramel brownie with ice cream - and it was delicious! We enjoyed a bottle of bubbly as well and were never made to feel rushed while we finished that and our dessert. Our server was attentive and professional. I would love to go back and try dinner sometime!

Need I say more?? We went there for dinner. Each item we ordered tasted delicious. The portion size were just right for us. Good service but we did have to wait a bit before she got to our table. We ordered the Blue cheese crusted beef medallions, a chicken dish,, the porkchops and lastly the lamb ravioli and every dish was yummy. They don't have a dessert menu so you would need to go to the bakery display and there's someone there to answer your questions. The cakes didn't have labels to name them but just ask someone. The cake slices were huge and honestly a bit expensive but they were really good. My favorites were the salted caramel cake, the oreo pie and the bread pudding. Their bread pudding is made with croissants which makes it not as dense as a regular bread pudding.

We had a wonderful brunch at Biscotti's. The menu offers so many great choices and it was tough to decide what to try as we watched many delicious plates passing by our table. My husband had the hash and eggs and I got the French toast. Both meals were outstanding. The service here is excellent . Pricing is more than fair given the quality and amount of food on the plate. This restaurant is adorable inside with a warm and comfortable atmosphere plus they have some cute bistro tables on the sidewalk for outdoor dining. Biscotti's also has a full bar so you can enjoy a great cocktail or wine with your meal. The desserts here are amazing ! You will need a reservation on a weekend since this is a popular spot. Honestly I cannot say enough good things about this place. Just go there !

Before flying out of Jacksonville, I wanted to have one last great meal. After reading the rave reviews for Biscottis, I had to try it out. I was very happy I did. I ordered the Lobster Reuben with a side of pesto penne pasta and sweet potato fries. They were absolutely delicious! I especially loved the Lobster Reuben and the sweet potatoes. The portions are very generous as well. They are also famous for their desserts, which are on display when you get into the restaurant. It was hard to choose. I love pecan pies, but the portion seemed to be for 2 persons. I chose the bread pudding with ice cream. It was out of this world!! I loved it so much that I ate all by myself. The prices for the portions they offer and the quality of the food are more that reasonable. Finally, the service is fantastic and my waiter Kendal was engaging and super nice. I really hope to visit Jacksonville in the future, so I can go back to Biscottis.

The food continues to be great but the atmosphere and service are really lacking these days. We were sat next to a large birthday celebration and our server appeared much more focused on the larger party throughout our meal. It took over 15 minutes just to get water, our food was delayed, and getting the bill took forever. Also, where we were sitting was directly under an AC vent and it was freezing! We requested multiple times for the thermostat to be turned up; it was warmer for about 10 minutes and then freezing again. I used to love Biscotti’s (and have dined here many times over 20+ years) but I have no desire to return anytime soon, nor will I be recommending this restaurant to anyone. I should also note that we planned to order dessert but we were so cold and fed up we chose to leave instead.

Was here for on a Sunday afternoon and was hungry for breakfast. We ordered a vegetable omelette and the corn beef hash special. Both were outstanding and clean you plate good! Ingredients were fresh, dishes were tasty, portions were very large, coffee was hot and fresh, prices reasonable and service crisp and efficient. We did not save room for dessert which looked fabulous..... Would definitely recommend in in the nice area.

I joined friends for lunch here and it was a great spot to connect. Although the restaurant was crowded, the noise level was manageable. Our server was outstanding and kept our drinks filled and checked frequently to see if we needed anything. We arrived separately and each arrival was taken care of promptly. I got a beef burger with a side of fries. Although the burger was delicious, the fries were outstanding. They were cooked perfectly with little shavings of parm and chiffonades of basil on them. The burger was a perfect medium, was well seasoned and was covered by a thick slab of cheddar. There was a lot of garlic aioli on the bottom which made eating it difficult. The patty kept sliding off the bun and I needed to reassemble the sandwich each time I had a bite. My friends wanted dessert and were told there is no menu; they needed to go to the display case to see the offerings and make a selection. They left and were gone quite a while. When they finally returned, they told me they’d had to get in line and wait while five takeout orders were picked up. The area by the case is extremely congested with diners, the hostess stand and people waiting for a table. It seems like it’d be much more efficient and pleasant to have the server provide a dessert menu. We were there 15-20 minutes longer than we could have been while there was a line of people waiting for a table. I’d definitely return but would ask for my aioli on the side and would skip dessert.

Biscottis is a local favorite that I just got around to trying today (13 Nov). I stopped in for a solo Saturday brunch after walking trails in the Tillie K. Fowler Regional Park. My noon reservation was easy via Resy. As I walked toward the door, one of the workers opened it for me. It was as if she anticipated my presence. As I walked inside, I was greeted by the cacophonous roar of diners and the tantalizing fragrance of sweets and savories. I arrived a few minutes early, and despite the crowds, my table was already ready. I was guided past the dessert case to a 4-top table located directly in front of the kitchen entrance. It was great for people watching. My friendly server appeared promptly, took my order, and kept my coffee mug full of fresh hot coffee. As she warned, serving sizes were huge. • Crème Brûlée French Toast: served warm and fluffy. The whipped orange-honey mascarpone cream melted into the big sweet fluffy triangles. It wasn’t just sweet, it had a richness to it. This French toast was like eating fresh, rich, light satsuma cake. Yum! • Cajun Seafood Benedict: the eggs were cooked perfectly. The seafood mix was good, though it needed a bit of lemon to calm the fishiness. The croissant was good and fresh, though I thought this Benedict would taste even better on a fresh buttery biscuit. Both the French Toast and Seafood Benedict came with two sides. For my four sides, I ordered: Seasonal Fruit, Mixed Field Greens with Balsamic Vinaigrette, Parmesan Hash Brown Potatoes, and Blueberry Muffin. The hash browns were cheesy, with savory chunks of fresh peppers and onions. Great taste and texture. It was reminiscent of Cracker Barrel cheesy hash brown casserole, but much better. I put the fresh chopped fruit on top of my French toast. They worked well together. Before I could say “uncle”, she offered a to go box. When she brought out the check, she said “no rush” and asked if I wanted anything else. She was soooo awesome! Wishing I could remember her name. I saved the giant, fresh blueberry muffin for dinner, along with the hefty green salad with flavorful dressing. I also had a fresh hot cup of Joe for the road. Biscottis was great! Their delicious, fresh ingredients were rivaled only by their outstanding service.

We ordered the White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Cake for our 3 tiered wedding cake. It was by far the BEST wedding cake I've ever had, the bottom layer of cheesecake really makes it stand out. I highly recommend Biscottis for anyone looking for a delicious and beautiful wedding cake!!

Went for lunch. We each had a lobster Reuben sandwich which was filled with delicious generous portions of lobster. A great buy. Accompanied by two delicious martinis made with Jacksonville's own botanical Manifest gin! Server was originally from NJ (our home) and super nice plus efficient. (Another review raved about the tropical cake so we took out one enormous piece but found that a little disappointing.)

Made reservations for 5:30 on a Saturday night to have dinner for our anniversary before we went to a concert. Picked Biscottis due to the reviews. We were not disappointed. We had the crab and artichoke fondue for an appetizer which was a good size for 2 people. My wife had the blue cheese encrusted beef medallions and I had the fish special (flounder). Both were well prepared and the sides were well matched. Of course we had to save room for (one) dessert so we split a piece of key lime pie which was huge. It better be for $12, but there was plenty for both of us. All in all a fabulous restaurant and a great night!

I ordered the Flank Steak Salad and substituted Blue Cheese with Feta, steak cooked medium. It was delicious and filling. My husband had the pork chop (grilled medium) with green beans and macaroni & cheese. We had Key Lime pie for dessert. What an incredible meal. Our friends both had the pork chop, what a perfect choice for dining in Jacksonville. If I am in the area again, we will return.

Lunch at Biscottis was a good experience today, but not nearly as good as it once was. Their grooming standards for help have apparently been reduced to none at all. The host sported a full beard, as did at least two of the waiters. And a lot of the staff had visible tattoos. I do not expect the men and women who wait on me in public to be young and attractive--that would be unreasonable. However, it is reasonable to expect them to be clean cut and properly groomed.. That means 1. no facial piercings; 2. no visible tattoos; and 3., no facial hair on the men. That last is particularly important when it comes to food-handlers. It is a scientific fact that men shed facial hair much more rapidly then they shed hair from their heads. And a recent study showed that men can have more bacteria in their beards than dogs do in their fur. It was somewhat nauseating to contemplate facial hair dropping from the waiter's face, carrying with it God only knows what kind of bacteria, and landing in my food. There is a reason while males in bakeries wear nets over their facial hair.
