I ate tons of Chinese takeout all my life. This is a good one to try. The portions were decent and the ingredients were fresh. The lady who took my orders was friendly with a big smile. Why eat at big Chinese restaurants when you can save a bunch here with quality food?

I went to get my taxes done and saw this restaurant next door. There were 4 or 5 customers waiting outside and I thought "this place must be special". I read the reviews and decided to order dinner that night. As it turns out, there are always people waiting outside because you are blocked from entering the business. It is take out only. Show up the door and someone either takes your order or hands you your online order at the front door. I ordered something called Romeo and Juliet which the menu describes as "Jumbo shrimp, chunks of flank steak sautéed with broccoli, red pepper and water chestnuts in a kung pao sauce". If this were a kung pao sauce my recommendation is to not order the kung pao dish. My dinner was mostly vegetables including onions, zucchini, carrots, mushrooms and other veggies with two jumbo (?) not very fresh tasting shrimp and virtually no flank steak. And where were the red peppers? The broccoli had been way overcooked to the point it was limp. Had I wanted a mostly vegetable dinner, there were other less expensive choices. It was neither tasty nor hot (spicy or temperature) and was definitely false advertising on their menu. I highly recommend staying as far away as possible from this restaurant which should not be too difficult as you can't get close enough to get in anyhow. You have many other better choices. There is nothing to recommend here. I threw it in the trash.

I have eaten here many times over the last 4-5 years and most everything on the menu is good.
I wouldn’t put too much stock in the review about Singapore Noodles though, the guy is from NY and is comparing it to one of the best cities to find Chinese food, NYC. I on the other hand, as another NYer myself, think it is pretty good and is the closest I have found to NY chinese food since leaving 10 years ago. While not NYC level of great chinese, it’s certainly one of the best in Jacksonville.

Staying in nearby hotel for the night. Felt like Chinese. MISTAKE. Yucky. Singapore noodles cooked with Mexican chili peppers. Broccoli cooked with spicy garlic chili peppers in brown sauce. Disgusting. Stay away.

Stopped in today with my wife. In a strip mall behind Chili’s so plenty of parking. Came in around 1:30pm for the lunch specials which are $5.99 and come with chicken fried rice and a roast pork egg roll. This was our first time here and we were really impressed. We ordered the fried chicken wings, you get 5. They were hot, fresh, fried perfectly and tasted awesome. We also got the shrimp egg rolls which had nice size shrimp and again fried perfectly, the krab rangoons which were filled generously and tasted great, the house Lo Mein which had chicken, shrimp and roast pork. It was good but not the best I’ve ever tasted. We then ordered the sesame chicken lunch special and the General tso lunch special. The general tso was awesome and had a nice spice. The sesame chicken was good but not the best. My wife ordered the avocado milkshake but we were not impressed with this. They put banana in it which over powered the avocado. Wouldn’t recommend. The inside is clean, small and warm. The service is really good. All in all, I would go back again.
