Domenico's philosophy has always stayed the same; simply to seek out the best possible ingredients and make the highest quality sandwiches. This meant hand picking product from top local purveyors. Walk into Domenico's and you can see the wide assortment of over 40 meats and 30 cheeses to choose from. All the sandwiches are made from fresh bread delivered daily from several Bay Area artisan bakeries. Add to this a variety of unique house made sandwich dressings and you have one of the largest sandwich selections in the Bay Area. Just imagine the possibilities.

In addition to the sandwich selection, Domenico's is home to over 60 original house made salads that rotate daily along with soups and hot entrees. Complete the meal with a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie and you will be hooked.

Meet up with friends at Domenico's for lunch and take a look at the assortment of gourmet foods and boutique wines lining the shelves.

In 2003, they opened Domenico's Cafe next door and modeled it after the gelaterias in Italy. The cafe menu features hand crafted pizzas, hot and cold panini sandwiches, espresso and of course fabulous gelato.

Good Place

Not only is it good for individual visits but they also are a great option for take out platters for meetings or parties. There is excellent variety and always well presented.

Domenico's serves really good cold sandwiches. (See Ike's for hot sandwiches). They are big enough to share if you want to. The specials each day are worth trying and the pasta salad is really good.

Stopped here for sandwiches to take with us to the Raiders game. Oakland won so perhaps they are a good luck charm. Yummy sandwiches made to order. Terrific selection of rolls and breads. Wish there had been a little more roast beef on the sandwich, but that's just me. It was a very good sandwich. Go Raiders! Go Domenico's!

without a doubt the best sandwiches in town. Real bread and not just air filled dough. try to get in before lunch time as there is always a line out the door.

Every time I visit the dog park in Danville, we stop for lunch at Domenico's Deli. Good food, great gelato and cool patio for my doggie to sit and share my sammie with me.

Everything is good, salads, sandwiches. Panini club is a favorite. Busy at lunch but quick service and great staff.

This is a traditional deli but so much better. I could have come back every day for a month and still found new things to try. The staff was very friendly and efficient even during the lunch hour rush.

This is one of the best delis ever. They'll make whatever sandwich you'd like, but they have daily specials which are very creative in case you can't decide. I wish they had more outdoor seating but they'd have to eliminate parking spots to accomplish that! It's about 7 miles away from my house but definitely worth the drive, especially on... More

Love their sandwiches. The shop is busy at lunch time but you can call in orders to save time. The meats are always good cuts, roast beef is the best. Also, try the turkey sandwich again delish.

Best small deli in Bay Area. I'm a Salesman covering 11 bay counties, Domenico's is best !!!!!!! Sandwiches are above reproach. Pasta dishes are of true Northern Italian bent. I lived in Livorno, Italy and know good Italian food. This is the best.
