A short drive from the Hampton Inn, just outside Gettysburg. A good range of beers with standard pub style food, not fine dining. A good place to go for a couple of good beers and reasonable food, able to sit outside - would eat there again.

Wanted to try somewhere new was our first mistake! Very limited menu! My husband and I decided we would split the nachos for our meal. It was horrible!! How can you mess up nachos?! Our waitress seemed nice. We continuously had to stop other staff and ask for refills and meat was left off our nachos. Very disappointed!

I had their wheat beer. It was fantastic. He had an IPA and loved it. Not sure of the names. Beer prices were good. Food prices a little high. We ate out in the beer garden since the wait inside was long. Nice peaceful atmosphere.

Maybe a pub isn't the ideal place to order a Korean bbq sandwich so taking that into account it was fair. The salad with grilled shrimp was tasty with the ranch bbq dressing. Both were standard size portions. Prices were fair. Service was fine. I'm sure there's better options in town but we were at a hotel where a wedding... More

Food was great for adults and had a kids menu. They were able to accommodate a large group quickly. Beer was excellent.

The wait for a table at the new Steinwehr Avenue location was over an hour, so we headed over to this location, where the wait was about 20 minutes. There was no room at the bar, or the seats in the doorway, so we stood outside for 20 minutes in the heat waiting to be called. When called, we were... More

We just posted some wonderful things a few weeks ago about ABC after we got a chance to check out the new location in town. We had a wonderful experience!! However, I now take back every compliment and accolade I have ever posted in the past few years about ABC. We have been going to ABC for a gathering every... More

If you like beer and are in Gettusburg, make sure to check this place out. The first time I went, my husband and I ordered the beer sampler to get a taste of the selection. We both enjoyed the variety of beers and have returned several times, sometimes just sitting at the bar for a quick drink. The staff has... More

I must admit: I'm not a beer-drinker. Never have been, and very likely never will be. I just do NOT appreciate the taste of beer (except for a few flavored import beers and ales), but as a restaurant goes, the Appalachian Brewing Co. is not bad. I've eaten at both of its Gettysburg locations (the Gateway spot and its newer... More

The spinach dip was very good as was the hefeweizen. My husband and I ordered the smoked beef quesadillas and they were tasty as well. Ask for spin dip with tortilla chips as well as the warm pita slices. It was the star of the show.
