Did a little bit of Gettysburg National cemetery and this was a great place to grab a quick bite. Nice fried shrimp, chicken tenders and burgers, along with exceptional shakes and malts. Service was good and the place was comfortable and clean. A nice treat in G Burg.

Visited our son and were supposed to take a group out to dinner. Ended up just my hubby and I on a busy Friday night. We walked right in to LD and were seated right away. Very busy place. Staff were attentive and sweet. I ordered a BCheeseseburger deluxe with toasted bun and my husband eggs & bacon. The food... More

Stopped in at what looked like a classic diner for breakfast. Busy place with a full back dining room but found an empty booth near the front. As soon as we sat down a nice older lady greeted us and quickly cleaned the table. Classic breakfast menu. Had the "Lumberjack " 3 big pancakes, 2 eggs and "the meat plate"!... More

We love to try the old-fashioned diners in many of the towns we visit. We looked forward to visiting the Lincoln Diner on the Sunday morning of Columbus Day weekend. It was packed!! A nice, local woman told us how getting a table worked. Yes, there is a "method" to follow. There is no hostess. You just have to stand... More

The food was good and the prices are very reasonable. The only negative is that the dining room was dirty in that the floor badly needed vacuumed and the tables weren't that great either.

It was what I would consider average for breakfast. Nothing special but standard breakfast fair! The waitress must have been a little tired from a long shift. She seemed friendly at first but after our order was not very attentive to coffee refills etc. Not a bad experience but nothing really special.

Yes, tis a merry dinner. We're able to order whole wheat pan cakes with over easy eggs. Bottomless coffee, and excellent service. We recommend.

We usually end up here for breakfast when we're in Gettysburg. Sunday morning was pretty busy, Monday morning much less so. Did not have to wait for a table either time though. It's typical diner fare; we like it because it's close to downtown and also to our daughter's residence on campus.

I've bragged about this place to my sister many times. So, when she finally came into town with me, we had to make it a stop on our itinerary. We took our group of 12 in for lunch. They did not disappoint! The blueberry pancakes were amazing, as usual. The fries and gravy, as simple as it sounds, were perfect.... More

by far the best breakfast place in town. Right on Carlisle st across from the railroad station house and free parking in the rear lot. come in seat yourself (no waiting) and have a great meal. lots to chose from and all made to order. great coffee and the prices are the best in town and the service is wonderful.
