After touring Gettysburg Battlefield, we were hungry, so we started looking on Trip Advisor and found Gettysburg Eddie's. Sounded good, but even better it was close! We went at 6:00ish, got seated immediately and our waiter was Terry! He was very friendly and efficient! We started out with the nachos, that was kinda of like a deconstructed taco salad, but... Our hotel suggested two locations for our first night in Gettysburg. Gettysburg Eddies was a good choice. It's sports history is totally different from the location's focus on the Gettysburg battlefield. The food was good and prices were moderate.

We went here because a local said they enjoyed eating here. The menu is extensive and offers a variety of food. We ended up with the 4 pieces of small chicken which is the special served on Wednesday night for 8.00 which included fries and coleslaw. It was very tasty and our waiter was very pleasant. They were crowded but... More

Took my husband for Father's Day while we attended the Civil War Summer Conference at Gettysburg College, wasn't sure what to expect but had heard good things. We were greeted as we walked in the door, taken to a booth right away. The waitress came to our table for our drink order as soon as we were seated, she even... More

Four of us went to Eddie's, a place we locals hadn't visited in a while. Each of us had different meals: onion soup and chef's salad, veggie wrap, triple decker, and a fish dish. Everyone enjoyed the meal and viewing the photographs of the old baseball teams. The beer selection was sufficient that my friend got and enjoyed a craft... More
