The food was good and the staff excellent, however, there was a band playing in the bar. This was okay but they turned the piped music up in the restaurant and we couldn't speak to each other ! Check where you are going to sit, also the fires are on, so be careful if you don't want to get too... More

We love the long branch location, it's our favorite summer spot. We dined here for New Year's Eve. We had a 6:45 reservation and were sat right away. There were a ton of waiters yet it took a while to get a drink. We both ordered from the martini menu and while they were strong, something was very wrong with... More

We had 4 guests from Europe visiting and decided to take them to McLoone's Boathouse for Sunday lunch, principally because of the location. Despite having a reservation we waited almost 40 minutes before being seated. One server introduced himself and said he'd be back to take drink orders, then another server came and did the same. They forgot one drink.... More

Dropped in Christmas Day not knowing what I'd find because I did not have a reservation and it was a spontaneous choice. I was advised it was a prix fixed menu. It was pleasant by the bar and went down hill from there. Price was $59.95 per person. Menu was confusing the way it was printed and what came with... More

Of the five meals we ordered, one was practically inedible and two more were less than appetizing. Inedible was the overcooked swordfish with burned potatoes on the side. Less than appetizing were the dry ribs with wilted sweet potato fries and a "macaroni and lobster" - also not much to it. Environment is nice but the place is so loud... More

Visited with a large group from work for dinner. Pleasant space, decorated for holidays in a generic, but warm way. Positives include attentive service and huge parking. Menu is pretty standard, nothing special, but well executed and overall good quality. Nothing inventive or creative, but does not pretend to be. Overall good space for group lunch or dinner with reliable... More

I have been here about half a dozen times and haven't been very impressed with the food because it is rather middle of the road. However the menu has been revamped in the last few weeks and our group of six were very happy. We asked to be seated by the fire place and we were! The service was very... More

They were very nice to accommodate all 18 of us by the wonderful fireplace. Not sure if was because we were a big group but it took a while to get the appetizers and the Edamame were cold ( like frozen cold!!) The drinks and the rest of food were good.

Went here last night and I will gladly say I will not be returning. We went to the holiday light show at turtle back zoo and were willing to give it a try since it was right next door. After about twenty minutes for waiting for a table, when there was a bunch of tables open. My husband and I... More
