Staff are friendly and helpful. Foods are tasty, many choices, reasonable price. But Tom Yum can be make it better (I think). Recommend to make a reservation in advance due to limited tables. Parking can be easy to find on the street. Definitely will come back again.

Loved that we found tasty thai at a non-crowded restaurant! Tamarind seems to be known for its quick fried fish, and the snapper was flavorful and moist with its crisp skin. Also enjoyed the depth of flavor in the pad thai.

The food here is always amazingly good. You will NEVER be disappointed. The prices are a little high, but you get what you pay for! We like to order several dishes and eat them family style. Try the BRAZILIAN rice!!! :-)

We stumbled on this place by accident after leaving a party. We wanted something to eat and it wasn't very crowded on a Saturday night. We has fried calamari and duck and shrimp dishes. Everything tasted great.

After being on the road for about two weeks, my wife craved Thai food so we went to this location and were very satisfied. It is located in a busy section of South Street very near Front Street. It's a small restaurant so a reservation would be good to have. It is also BYOB which reduces the bill, but you... More

We visited last night after a few drinks on Market Street. We were impressed with the menu and chose 2 soups, a sharing platter and 2 entrees which were all delicious and well presented. The Tom Khah soup and New York strip with sticky rice were particular highlights. I would love to come back again and sample more of the... More

Returned for the first time in years to find that the menu remained the same. We ordered old favorites: steamed dumplings, which were tender and flavorful. My wife and I ordered the Isan chicken and Isan Pork that was dry. However, the Slaw was outstanding. Our friends liked their fish and curry dishes, but were underwhelmed. Service was very friendly... More

A quaint charming restaurant secluded at the lower end of South St. Greeted as thou you are friends, lovely music adds to a simply designed spot. Their menu is interesting and has variety. We sampled rice paper wrapped salmon, cooked perfectly, served on a bed of field greens, with delicious dipping sauce. On to "7 element talapia", lightly fried, on... More

Had lunch while visiting Philadelphia in June! Saw some praises from internet but did not expect too much. Their tom yum gung soup was really tasty with fine balance of hot and sourness! Had pad thai as main and it was really close to street style pad thai I had in Bangkok and Phuket. Service and courteous and friendly!
