Went for a business lunch. The food was fine but not amazing. The service was patchy and we had to chase for things a few times. The room is nice. Overall it was fine but just not special in any way.

Get ready to knock your socks off if you like a really good breakfast! My first experience at this establishment found me with an omlette and smoked salmon dishes. Not knowing about the very generous portions served here I quickly learned that I had order WAAAAYYY too much food! Or, so it seemed. I absolutely devoured everything that they placed... More

I especially love this restaurant for a special outing! It is on the nineteenth floor of the Bellevue and we often come here for lunch when we go to the theater! I love their cafe lunch which has salads, artisan cheeses, and fabulous desserts that you walk around and take yourself. In addition, you are asked to choose a main... More

My wife and I have been here a few times and always the great food goes along with the great service. Go for the reasonable priced Cafe Lunch Table special which is $22 per person and includes a salad bar and dessert bar to go with your lunch entree. This could be one of Philadelphia's more romantic restaurants and is... More

Was not impressed with the thanksgiving buffet. Not sure how it would be for a regular dinner. The food was OK but pricey. My son ordered a lemonade. He asked for another and the waiter never told us it wasn't free refills. My daughter had a sprite and it had refills. So instead of a 5.00 glass of lemonade it... More

Thanksgiving Day 2016 was the 1st time we dined at "Nineteen". The ambiance, the decor, the service & the food were outstanding and exceeded our expectations. From now on, this will be our go-to place for Turkey Day. THANK YOU, to the staff at "Nineteen" for a truly memorable experience.

We stayed in Bellevue and went to XIX for the Continental breakfast buffet ($16) on Sunday. The dining place has a historical ceiling and decoration. The original hotel, Bellevue-Stratford (now the Hyatt at the Bellevue) has a long and rich history since its opening in 1904. Our server, Uba was really professional and friendly. When I mentioned the coffee got... More

My husband and I decided on a weekend in Philly. He surprised me with brunch at XIX and it was wonderful. I was surprised how empty it was. Brunch consists of three courses. The first course is a buffet with a raw bar and salads. All were delicious and fresh. The second and main course was ordered from the menu... More

Sent by another bartender. Intimate space but singles at bar, couples in banquettes, large groups in middle of room in seating pods. Kinda stuffy until we got up and started to dance. People joined and we got the party started!

My friends and I made a reservation and went to dinner on a Monday night (11 people). We were basically the only people in the restaurant and even though we asked THREE times for the heat to be turned up -- it remained miserably cold the entire 2 hours we were there. It was VERY disappointing as this was out... More
