Wanted a 'finer dining' experience with my family after having a fun time at Escape the Room. This was NOT the place for that! Out of the 5 of us, only 1 of us had a meal they enjoyed. I ordered the fish and chips on our waitress's recommendation. The coating was soggy and fish over cooked. Two of my... More

Went to brunch here with family while staying in Philly overnight. Party of 7 charged 20% service fee for a meal which you partially serve yourself. We experienced an "attitude" when we checked in..... Spend your $$ elsewhere .... Philly has a lot more to offer.

The only reason we ended up here is because we were staying at the Hyatt (same building). Upscale clientele, lots of men in button downs.

A group of eight of us visited this restaurant after a concert we had given on a Saturday night. The men were in tuxedos and the women were in black dresses, appropriate for the venue. We had hoped to be seated at a table in the main dining room, but were instead told that we could only be seated there... More

Returned to XIX for my year end holiday lunch with co-workers that have become great friends. Unfortunately, our experience was not the same as compared to 2 years ago. Two of the three entrees arrived cold- the steak- to be more specific.... the offerings of salad and desserts were not replenished and the serving areas looked out right unappealing. It... More

My sister and husband treated us (me/husband) to dinner and drinks then the Orchestra. The drinks were good and the wait staff was professional. The menu was limited. They almost force you to go with the prefixed meal. The steaks were tough and tasteless. Portions were terrible. I sent a complaint to the chef who never even responded. My sister... More

Went for a business lunch. The food was fine but not amazing. The service was patchy and we had to chase for things a few times. The room is nice. Overall it was fine but just not special in any way.

Get ready to knock your socks off if you like a really good breakfast! My first experience at this establishment found me with an omlette and smoked salmon dishes. Not knowing about the very generous portions served here I quickly learned that I had order WAAAAYYY too much food! Or, so it seemed. I absolutely devoured everything that they placed... More

I especially love this restaurant for a special outing! It is on the nineteenth floor of the Bellevue and we often come here for lunch when we go to the theater! I love their cafe lunch which has salads, artisan cheeses, and fabulous desserts that you walk around and take yourself. In addition, you are asked to choose a main... More

My wife and I have been here a few times and always the great food goes along with the great service. Go for the reasonable priced Cafe Lunch Table special which is $22 per person and includes a salad bar and dessert bar to go with your lunch entree. This could be one of Philadelphia's more romantic restaurants and is... More
