We enjoyed Tinto during restaurant week in Phila. What a great way to get dinners to explore new venues. Overall we enjoyed ourselves. We found the food to be good but not great. The standard menu was not an option, for restaurant week there was a five course fixed fare menu. For $35 Tinto’s provided great value and a varied... More

I was with a large party but could only stay a short while, my father got the Sopa De Castaña and OMG! I need to go back and get that soup! It was so rich and smooth - my one spoonful blew my mind.

I was party of a large party who recently dined her. The food was beautifully presented and was delicious. Staff were attentive without being over-bearing. I would thoroughly recommend eating here - fabulous!

Had dinner with a large group here and the food was excellent! While the room was very noisy due to the numbers, we all really enjoyed our dinner. Particularly good were the scallops, shrimp and duck dishes we had. I'm already thinking about when I'm going back!

We were traveling through Philly and ended up with a morning flight. Off a recommendation from a friend we went to Tinto. The food was outstanding. We could not decide what to get, so we opts for the Chef's special, which consisted of multiple small plates. I tried thing I probably never would have ordered. Each plate was delicious. In... More

$5.00 happy hour menu items between 5-7PM. The regular menu appetizers were a good value and tasty. Sangria was delicious.

I love Spanish/Basque food but I know when I'm being ripped off with costly small portions, I.e.. $18.00 for two scallops. Chef Jose Garces's restaurant appeals to millenials who pay to be seen. The restaurant is exceedingly noisy. It was impossible to hold a conversation due to the noise. We will never return to the restaurant.

I ate here with a group of 16 in the upstairs room last Sunday night. We had a pre-arranged meal, so I haven't seen the menu. Our meal started with plates of thinly sliced spicy sausage, a selection of cheeses with bread, and a mixed green salad. All were very good. Then came some plates of what were probably the... More

There were eight of us, there to celebrate a birthday. We let the stops out and ordered the chef's tasting menu for the table. What a great idea! Tinto is known for its small plates tasting menu. Each dish that came out was delicious, seemingly each better than the last. The pitchers of sangria was the perfect compliment to the... More
