Reserved the private room @ Seiko for a Karaoke night. The private room is in the basement which is nice for 10-15 people. It is BYOB which is nice and the food was good. Service was okay; being that we were in the basement, our group waited a while to get any attention.

Great food, service was good. We love sushi and exploring new places. We try a new place once a week. This definitely will make for another date night in the city. Great quality food, clean. Forgot to take pics.

Phenomenal local sushi place. I live in the area and often find myself here for dinner during the week and on the weekends with friends. The service is unbelievable, they are kind, friendly, and love what they do. Many times a special "chefs" tasting piece will be brought to the table, gratis. The fish is super fresh and well handled. The Maki and rolls are creative and very tasteful while the Nigiri is simple and fresh. There are a few reviews that mention the sauce can be a bit much. Keep in mind, this only applies to the Maki and rolls, as they are not traditional, "plain" sushi. And the sauce itself is outstanding. I recommend the Firecracker and Capital maki if you go. The beef gyoza is a great app. Can't go wrong here whether you are a sushi fanatic or someone looking to try something new. If you're in the neighborhood, pop in, you won't be disappointed. Matter of fact, I'll be heading there this evening.

Good Japanese food. Service was good and the seats were a little different more like a pod seat. The places was not busy and we will go back and check it out again as the place is in the middle of the block and the front of the building is not so noticeable.

The meal was delicious! We got the super white tuna roll, white tuna dumplings, spicy tuna roll, and the chicken bulgokee.

I hate to say it, but whoever gave this place 5 stars in a city of excellent sushi was sadly mistaken. The fish was indeed fresh, but every single specialty roll was covered in spicy mayo and unagi sauce (which tasted oddly like bottled bbq sauce). This was not listed on the menu. To top that off, the place was absolutely freezing, as if they had little to no heat on whatsoever the night we were in. The two other couples and we sat with coats on during the entirety of the meal. One pro? It’s BYOB. However, we still won’t go back with so many other great choices in the area.

We just moved to Phila from California and we are glad that we found this place. It is a cute small restaurant with very friendly and attentive staff. Most importantly: They are buying really good and fresh fish for their Sushi. Its BYOB and the food prices are average for a sushi restaurant - our go to place in Phila!

First of all, welcome to Philadelphia! It means so much to me that we're already your go-to place and that you love the freshness of the fish. I can't wait to see you back here.
All the best,
