Customer Service horrible, Food reflexes it

We decided to try this restaurant last night 04/16/2020, we ordered at 5:40pm we had it for delivery, we called at 720pm, because our food hasn't arrived yet. We had to call multiple times, because the phone was picked upped and hung up. When we finally got through, the person was rude and said no time talk we to busy, don't call again, we to busy. we had to tell her we never got our food, she told us not her fault they busy, food on the way and she hung up. Very Rude! We finally got our food at 8pm, it was cold, we had to warm it up in the microwave. After trying it, it was sub par and chewy, the general Tso's was very chewy, dried up and over cook. I will never order from here again, the Customer service was horrible and the food was not good. I wish Yu Hsiang Garden was open, they are so much better

Best Chinese Restaurant in Philly

On first glance Ruby looks like just another hole in the wall Chinese restaurant. But, it makes up its normal looking set up with amazing food. Their lomein, egg drop soup, egg rolls, and many of their entree choices are the best I’ve had in Philly and beyond. My favorite is their General Tso’s chicken (I know, pretty common, right?). But, it really is amazing! I’ve gone all over the east coast, but Ruby remains at the top. If you want awesome Chinese food, check out this place, and you’ll see for yourself!
