Eat at the Continental last morning in Philly, food was very good. We had walk by there a few nights looking for dinner. We didn't realize it also had a Martini bar and dinners. I can only review on the breakfast, but if they serve other meals like they did ours I would definitely try it out. Good service and... More

We thought it was a diner by looking at the outside. Then when we were seated we noticed the lamps were olives with a stick thru them. We contemplated leaving since it was a martini bar. But we had unbelievable good food & service. I had the cuban sandwich & salad. Both were excellent. My friends had grilled chicken sandwich,... More

My husband and I enjoyed a tasty lunch here on Saturday afternoon. From the terrific olives on a toothpick lights to the other 50's retro furnishings we realized we were in for a treat. Attentive, pleasant waitress, great entrees and great setting made for a great Saturday afternoon!

We did a late breakfast and were pleased with the buttermilk pancakes and the huevos rancheros, but not so much as to go back for more. The service in bringing the food was prompt, but we had to seek a bus person for water refills.

it was listed as an American restaurant and what it served was an eclectic combination of international dishes with an American flare. It is impossible to state our favorite. Th Cobb salad was outstanding - served with bacon on the side since one of our party doesn't eat mammals. The shrimp dish was just perfect spicey. The roasted brussel sprouts... More

This place is awesome! We went on a Friday. The food was very good. I really liked the egg rolls and highly recommend them. My friend had the octopus and said it was the best he's ever had. Always a must stop when I'm in PHL.

I was seated immediately but never saw the waitress for almost 10 minutes. I asked for my meal without onions. Came out with onions. And they didn't bother to bring ketchup for fries till half way through meal. I was alone so it should have been an easy table instead they all but ignored me.

My son lives in the city and I love to visit and enjoy dining out with him. He took me to the Continental and boy was I surprised! On the outside it looks like a retro diner that was saved from the wrecking ball. Inside is super millennial and cool! We enjoyed their salmon cooked to perfection, chicken Tiki Masala,... More

Visited solo way back when their Center City location opened. Has the best Chilean Sea Bass with a caramelized onion drizzle...delicious!
