We went to this restaurant for dinner. The food was very good. My sister had crab legs and thought they were exceptional. My husband had the seafood salad which was a bed of lettuce with a large variety of sea food on time. He lived it. The shrimp was large and plentiful. Unfortunately there was a patron in the restaurant... More

We went as it says' best sea food' but after that visit,I feared I shall not return ever again! First impression was that,it was not a very welcoming place and carpet looked dirty and on visiting the ladies,I was appalled by the state of the toilets as it speaks volumes about the state of the restaurant kitchen in my mind!!!... The restaurant is very tired in its appearance. While the 3 crab bisque was very delicious, the crab cakes, and the platter of fish, scallops, crab cakes and shrimp was only average. The caesar salad was filled with every lettuce type except romaine and the dressing was not good. The wait staff was lackluster, though the young man who refilled... More

We were able to be seated without reservations. The waitress was very nice and friendly. Our seafood was fresh and tasty paired with a great wine. It was quiet and very enjoyable dining.

We went to a snack in the afternoon. The hall is almost empty. Workers go back and forth, doing cleaning and other. We sat at a table and the waiter gave us the menu. On the menu are different prices. When we asked why, the other waitress changed the menu and said that it gave us a menu of lunch,... More

My wife and I decided to do our own walking tour of historic Phila. We had not done that for a number of years. We stopped at DiNardo’s for a late lunch. What a good choice. We each had the crab cake sandwich, her broiled and mine fried. Both got our rave reviews. Our server was friendly and efficient. We... More

Our server was great and so very helpful in accommodating our particular needs. The food was absolutely delicious. The meal was so good, we cancelled our reservations for the next night at a different restaurant and went back to Dinardos. Our first night they had a blue crab special which was not on the menu the second night. Because we... More

So I went excited to try the blue crabs...overly priced at $10 each, so settled for the seafood platter. I was unable to distinguish the taste of the shrimp, oysters, scallops nor flounder as they were all fried in the same batter and grease. Yuck! The point of having seafood is to taste the seafood. Despite the food (or at... More

The worst service and food I've experienced. 7:30 PM reservation, wasn't seated until 8PM. The waiter neglected to bring bread & butter. Took order for appetizers & entrees of soup & 1 dz oysters. I asked waiter about quality of oysters, he said they were good. When they arrived, they were extremely small, smaller than I've ever seen, with cocktail... More
