We stopped at Rouge for a drink and stayed! The staff was friendly, & attentive. We had a late lunch, food was as described and really good. The burger is a must have! Terrific people watching, nice view of the park and good energy.

Rouge is one of those types of restaurants that does a few things really really well. They make pretty solid cocktails overall, particularly classic cocktails (don't expect anything too exotic) and have solid wines by the glass. The lack of quality draft beer is unfortunate, but generally the wine list makes up for it. Where Rouge really shines is their... More

Always one of our favorite spots when we are in Philadelphia. The food is always consistently good. The bar has fun friendly bartenders who can make a perfect martini. We ordered the seasonal sangria and it was amazing. Enjoy a stroll in the park before or after you visit.

I was here recently but just for a drink outside on a beautiful day. I have eaten here before but that was a while back. I remember the food to be good. This review is about a fantastic spot to sit and watch the citizens of Philadelphia. During off hours there nothing better.

Wonderful food. Are at the bar. Tommy was our bartender. Made a fantastic martini. A definite place to revisit. Host was a little unfriendly, but overall experience was great.

Excellent restaurant on a very hip street and area. Great park across the street. Has tables outside where the food and the people watching go hand in hand

This place was really good. The atmosphere was so inviting and the people were also really nice. The food was excellent and the portions were huge. It is a must go to when in Philly. Tip, need to make a reservation, not easy to get into.

Walking into this establishment is like walking into a romantic restaurant in France. The outside seating leads into the indoor which is flanked with beautiful silk curtains around each of the walls and old patina mirrors that reflect the Rittenhouse Square on the inside. The bar is A tiny little bar with great service at all times. The food is... More

When we stepped through the door we were greeted by the friendly hostess. We had read the reviews in advance and had been intrigued. Everyone loved their entrees, they were cooked to perfection. Two friends ordered the salmon which was served over spicy root vegetables, another got fish tacos, another got the rouge burger. For dessert we shared the special... More

This restaurant is small but not intimate, which is good for business purposes. The food was good but not outstanding in any aspect: presentation, preparation and taste. The décor is conservative and provides a good level of comfort. The price is adequate for what you get.
