We called here each evening during a trip to Philadelphia. The bar is really nice and the staff are really friendly. There is a beer on special each day for $3 or even less. Would highly recommend.

It was a very hot day in Philly and we were able to escape the heat and dip into Moriarty's for a great drink. Atmosphere was cozy and friendly.

This pub is right in the middle of Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Hospital campuses and it is quite charming. Great beer selection. Staff were courteous.

On July 4th of this year my family and I stopped here for dinner after walking around Philadelphia. The food was average nothing special. Service was good. We got their wings after our waitress recommended them. They were good. Not to hot. Alot of different beers available. My teen son ordered their bacon burger and only got 1 1/2 pieces... More

It had been some time since I visited one of my favorite establishments, but yet it felt like it was just yesterday. A warm welcome from my favorite bartender ever. And always on top of her game, brought over my usual adult beverage without blinking an eye. That's what I like best about Morts...you aren't just a patron...you're like family.... More

2nd visit here. 1st time ate outside Today we ate inside. Both times the food was very tasty and the pricing is very fair. Definitely a place that we will go to when downtown again.

I've been going to this wonderful establishment since 1993! First, the wings here are to die for! Ok, now that we've got their wings out of the way, the rest of their food menu is outstanding as well. During the spring, summer, & fall you can dine outside, cafe' style. With that said, the inside is classic Irish Pub. There... More

Friday night in Philadelphia can be intimidating at best to find somewhere to eat. Especially if you don't have reservations. A 40 minute wait can turn into 90+, so you're left scrambling for somewhere else to eat because you don't want to wait until 10pm to eat. Luckily this happened, or else my friend and I wouldn't have stumbled into... More

Two simple items make this a five star review. Moriarty's has the best wings in Philly. Moriarty's also pulls some of the best Guinness draft in Philly. Those two reasons alone make a visit to this Irish pub worth it. Other food is very good, but don't skip the wings. The joint is always hopping, and sitting outside on a... More

We popped in to Moriarty's for lunch before our matinee showing at the Walnut Street Theater. The pub was decorated like you would expect a pub to be decorated. I loved looking around at all the little pitchers (pints?) hanging around. Our meal consisted of a Reuben and the quiche/soup combo. We were both pleased with our meals. The service... More
