This was the best pizza in South Philly I remember there was a time you would wait an hour for a pie on a Friday night..... you could see this little hole-in-the-wall that had white Tile brick that was the Wood-Fired oven.... on a recent visit we discovered the pizza was still fantastic atmosphere still nice people are friendly and... Heard great things about this restaurant but I was disappointed. I has the mussels in white sauce. It was so very bland, I added the tomatoes and garlic from my bruscetta and some red pepper flakes that were on the table. It made it palatable. My friends had pasta with the red sauce and they didn't care for it. Again,... More

Went there immediately after a Sunday afternoon Phillies game. We got real, and I mean real lucky that a parking spot opened up right in front of the place as we approached. Not sure if it was an off night, but my family of 4 was seated immediately. I'm told the pizza is famous but I stuck to my appetite,... More

Last minute dinner was good not awesome but good. Took a lot of food home. Had the mussels which were awesome and their rolls were the best! Service was average.

Came here for lunch and there were only two other tables filled on a rainy Saturday at Noon. Service was slow--had to ask for water and then waiter disappeared. Our table ordered a couple salads, soup, an entree and a personal pizza. Italian wedding soup and minestrone were tasty and well prepared. Salads got a thumbs up and so did... More

No matter what you order, if you're looking for real Italian food, you'll love it. From the veal parm to the pizza, it's all excellent. Best Antipasta on the avenue. Great for familes, great for a date. The wait staff is friendly and funny.

This place just isn't very good. The veal piccata was not very good (drowning in oily buttery sauce that had very little taste certainly not lemony enough), the pasta was ok (sauce was a Ragu equivalent) and the various apps we got were not good. The tartufo was pretty good. I'm no chef and I know I could made every... More

Some food was good ( mussels , Veal Italiano ) some was cold. Antipasto for 6 was not great. Service was slow, did not take our dinner order until after our apps were finished eating.

A group of 10 nurses did the Escape Room then headed to Marra's for early dinner. Great area for walking around and enjoying the goings-on! We were seated at a large table that was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the antipasti salad which had an awesome dressing. We each had different entrees and not one of us was disappointed....
