Found this on Trip Advisor. 2 min walk from hotel. Cool small seating area. The staff was pretty friendly. Lots of choices. I opted for the Tail and Kale salad. Not only was it absolutely delicious, it was huge. Great combination of flavors. The lobster was so tasty.

Good lunch option, had a special cheese lobster roll thing they do, with their clam soup and all was great! No alcohol served just a side note. In case you fancy a drink, it's definitely a quick lunch option and okay value for lobster.

Not a bad lobster roll. Obviously, I would love a lobster roll from the coast of Maine but this is a good substitute!!! Really enjoyed my lobster roll!!!!

Despite being right on 17th Street, you might actually miss it when walking by as it is slightly hidden. I had the Luke's trio of half rolls (lobster, crab, shrimp), but I couldn't decide which one was my favourite as they were all amazing. For drinks, you can BYOB or taste very nice craft lime soda, cola or root beer.

We ordered a full lobster roll, slaw and the trio (lobster, crab, shrimp) thinking that would feed two adults and a two year old. It wasn't quite enough food but it was very tasty. Price - it's high nearly $60 for lunch. The seafood is very fresh. If I had to rate in order of preference, it would be lobster,... More

Walked down the stairs I have passed for many years to try this "underground" lobster haven. Did not disappoint. Succulent large chunks of lobster in tasty sauce nestled in a warm toasted hot dog roll. Sound odd? Sure does! Oddly delicious. Or try the trio, lobster, shrimp & crab.

We stopped for a snack and settled on a lobster salad. It was very nicely done and the lobster was not overcooked as it so often is. Good experience.

This is a great lunch spot and it has become tradition to pop in to get the Taste of Maine to share when we are in the area. Service has always been fast and friendly. I like that craft sodas. Very comfortable atmosphere.
