Love this new location !! The Pizza was outstanding . So was the salads and BYOB We sat outside on the patio and the art glass work was great to look at. It felt like you were in a cute outdoor fun place for eating with family and friends. Only one thing was a bit annoying, they were installing a... More

Living in Philadelphia and already having great pizza places - I was taken by friend to NYC for pizza - For years, I would travel through the tunnel to get to Lombardo's in Soho NYC for a pizza. Gennaro's pie is Lombardo's - same pie same family. It's a good light healthy pie - it's has that slightly chard brick... More

You'll be hit with a wonderful aroma the second you open up the door. It has a very nice old style atmosphere if you dine in. The pizza is great, nice and crispy thin slice with flavorsome sauce and mozzarella cheese and you can even have it toasted a little crispier if you like. The sauce is amazing, I could... More

Pizza was very good thin crust and nice flavor sauce. Parking is a pain but worth the aggravation for the pizza. Cash only so don't forget your cash!

Tried Gennaro's last night for the first time. Everyone said it is the best pizza. We ordered 2 large pizzas. $38.00 later, I ate the worst pizza I ever had eaten. THe pizza was cold after a quick 5 minute drive home. The sauce had no taste at all. The crust was chewy, not crispy. I should had saved my... More

Nothing closer to the old country!!!! This pizza is like being in Naples. The thin crisp crust has a hint of chard flavor. The ingredients are the top line. I found the salad options to be expensive fr as little as you get.

Started with the antipasto which was very good. Roasted peppers, olives, provolone cheese and salami with roasted flat bread. Yum. We then ordered the Tomato pie with sausage and anchovies which I would order again. Major yummy. The decor is retro steel and different. I would go back and I recommend this gem.

Had this on our list based on other reviews. Should have come sooner! Had the tomato pie and a white pie. Both were delicious. Loved the atmosphere, service was great. Love it's BYO.

This is top notch quality thin crust pizza, with a greater tomato to cheese ratio which I love. It is also a very quaint charming little BYO place a little off the beaten path in South Philly. If you are thin crust pizza foodie, you should not miss this place. My only complaint was that the house salad was just... More
