Live the gluten free pizza. My daughter loves the calzones too. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Clean and well organized

The pizza, in terms of taste, is average to below average. It didn’t taste fresh. The service was very slow. The dining room area was not clean. The floor and tables were dirty. All the tables were laid out like customers were just moving them...around wherever they wanted to. The table I sat at was so wobbly I had to be careful not to knock my drink over. I had to sit next to a crazy old lady who was talking to herself the whole time and then she got up and stole candy from the counter and walked out. Evidently the staff was very familiar with her because that’s not the first time she stole candy but I guess they just let her sit in there and scare customers away. Over all, it wasn’t a pleasant experience and I can’t see myself going back or recommending it to anybody.More

They make a chicken chipotle pizza that is to die for. Their salads are good too and they have an amazing creamy red pepper salad dressing. I bought a quart of it because I've never seen it anywhere else.

I've eaten in and ordered to go. Some items are delicious, like the stromboli and calzone. I wasn't that impressed with the pizza. The regular cheese was good, but the gourmet pies were overpriced and undercooked, primarily the vegetables. It's kid friendly, so that's a...plus and the service is good.More

First, I like thin crust pizza. Cosimo's offer pizza with thin crust. I tried their buffalo chicken and mushroom pizza. Buffalo chicken pizza has a nice heat to it and I like it. However, the mushroom pizza has canned mushrooms not freshly cut mushrooms. Overall,...I was pleased with their pizza.More

I really liked their pizza, it tested fresh and the crust was done right to my taste. I loved their hibiscus iced tea, you should try it. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice as well. I went back for at least six times,...will go back again. Price is reasonable.More

Great pizza selection. Prices are average for a pizzeria. Plenty of seating. Bathroom was clean. Would eat here again.

I decided to pay a visit to the Chestnut Hill (Philadelphia) business district. At lunch time I felt like pizza or something Italian and managed to find this place. They have a full menu of pizza and sandwich items--including your choice of beef or chicken...steak sandwiches. I had the chicken steak with fries and diet soda and the price was fair. I've had cheaper and I've had more expensive. You have to order at the counter but the staffers will bring it out to you if it's going to take a few minutes. At some parlors, their "chicken steak" is a breast chopped up into fine pieces. Not here--it is real sliced chicken. The sauce had just the right tang to it, You get your money's worth of fries too if that's what you ordered. Since it's not fine dining, you can be in, out, and on your way--perfect for a town setting. I can't comment on the pizza because I haven't tried it yet. But if I get back to Chestnut Hill any time soon, I hope Cosimo's Pizza Cafe is still in business.More

We've been going to Cosimo's for about a year now. We moved back last year after some time in South Jersey with "real" pizza. At first, we thought Grandma's pie was good, with fresh tomatoes and bacon - until we realized it costs OVER $20!!...So we started stopping in for milkshakes and maybe a slice. Careful though, 2 slices will cost you $10. I tried the pasta special Pesto with chicken one night - it was bad. Running pesto sauce in the bottom of the bowl wouldn't stick to the under (less than el dente) pasta. Yesterday, I went for a slice and a milkshake. The pizza guy and girl behind the counter did more talking to each other than me. Which must be why one blamed the other for not getting my milkshake.More
