Reviewed this restaurant a few years ago, came back on a couples weekend. Service remains one of the worst in Philly. Grossly overpriced considering service and food quality. A true shame as Hotel Monaco is otherwise Great.More

I enjoyed wonderful steak tartar when there. Obviously raw beef is gluten free! Chef Jorge Chicas is extremely talented, Like any good chef he should be able to accommodate dietary issues like yours.
