I Love Passero's! There are multiple locations I have been to the Penn Center and The Franklin location as well. They are both very good. My review is for the Franklin location which I visit the most. Conveniently located on Chestnut Street between Jefferson Hospital...and Reading Terminal Market. This location is busy and focused on takeout. Tthere is no table service but there are about a dozen seats at small tables along the wall to dine-in.The place is a little grungy but that just adds to the character. Their coffee is roasted locally and is very good, sweet and mellow...not overly strong and acidic like the national brands. There is a a full menu of beverages including coffee, expresso, teas, and chocolate. They also serve an array of breakfast items, wraps, sandwiches, soups and salads for lunch. I typically dine-in and order a breakfast sandwich and coffee, Avacado Toast a favorite. Highly recommend.More

Strolling back from the historic area to the centre and looking for coffee we came across Passero’s. Welcoming and with excellent coffee, it was a lucky stumble upon.

Great staff period bar none! I can't tell you how friendly they are... awesome peeps! The cubano is a great caffeine boost that gives you a sweet taste of their own roasted beans in an espresso drink. The flavor is super unique and satisfying. Suggestion...- get the triple as the single is a tease. Wife had one of the best hot chocolates she has had... she is a HC snob and this exceeded her expectations. Didn't try the food but it looked good also. Give it a try and a 5 star review!More
