This classic bistro makes you feel like you've been transported to Paris in another time. The crusty breads, the classic seafood dishes! Dover Sole, trout almadine.. Fantastic. Wonderful service in the sepia toned winding bistro with dark wood booths and wonderful period lighting. Sit inside or on the sidewalk over looking Rittenhouse square. A treat!

Every bite we took of anything they put in front of us was just delicious. Servers were friendly and management checked in. Great experience!

I don't care if you think soup is better anywhere else.... The Onion Soup Granitee is the best in Philly. Few bloody Mary's and the soup put any wet day away. Partner of Le Diplomat in DC, this place is amazing. My go to any time I'm feeling Bro Love.

The format of this restaurant brought me back to past dining experiences in Paris. The food was generally excellent and very French in style. Many options on the whole menu closely parallel what would be found in a Parisian bistro, which is what I loved about this place. So many desirable items to order for a foodie/Francophile that it was... More

I kid you not... This was the most amazing Foie Gras served on a folded pancake w/a strawberry compote, aged balsamic & almonds. Flippin' phenomenal - so we had 2 orders! The mussels are a hot item there (they looked FAB) Croque Madame & other great French dishes. The restaurant itself could have been right from Paris, including tables street... More

On the pictures I expected to discover a small and quite bistro. We have been slightly disappointed to find a very large establishment, but relatively noisy rooms, and a lot of tables. However after a few minutes we had changed our mind, The service was smiling and prompt, the food was excellent, warm and well prepared. The ambiance was very... More

Beautiful view of the park across the street. We sat outside and had a fine bottle of wine with the charcuterie and a selection of cheeses picked by our waiter. Very attentive service! I highly recommend this place!

we went to this restaurant and arrived late, exactly at midnight, and the waiter told us that although the kitchen normally used to close at midnight, to go and ask the manager if we could still be served, so I did, and the manager was so nice that he said absolutely, but he needed to get our order right away,... Stopped by for lunch. I got the curry chicken salad and I not a big fan of curry but thought I would give it a try. It was very tasty and fresh. Our server was one of the nicest servers I have had in a long time.

My daughter made a last minute reservation for us on a Sunday evening. Got there early and sat at the bar and had a great martini and was treated royally by the bartenders. Drink was reasonably priced and ample. When my wife and daughter arrived we were seated in a room that truly looked like Le Gran Colbert in Paris.... More
