We went in just because of the name. It was fun and a nice spot for happy hour. We did not eat, but noticed many people were eating. We sat at the bar and enjoyed people watching.

The staff was friendly and the outdoor seating is nice. Sitting outside at night is a little rough because the lights are incredibly bright, and there were some crazy kids riding by on bikes yelling at the bouncer. Ok enough place though.

I had the Misconduct burger and it wasn't that great, bun was a bland seeded bun and the Burger needed more condiments so it's not so dry and bland, although I'm not a fan of ketchup being served in a chalice due to the fact that I need 35 of them

Visited this place quite a few times during our stay in town on business. Friendly staff who work very hard. They have a good range of draft and bottled craft beers. The food was good. Service was friendly, fast and efficient. We tried quite a few bars during our 1 week stay in town and this was our favorite.

Grabbed a late dinner with a friend at the JFK location. Bar was too loud so we opted for a table outside, with the hope of the outside heaters that never got lit. Ordered the avocado fries as an appetizer & two entrees. Appetizer arrived with no silverware or napkins. Waiting, we opted to start on the fries with our... More

I t was extremely busy but had very quick service when we arrived at happy hour. The food was good and fairly priced. They also had a good amount of TVs for sports.

This is, of course, primarily a sports bar with large and plentiful TVs and lots of sports viewers. What is very interesting is that, during happy hour, the mix of patrons is very eclectic. As a senior having a pre-orchestra drink, I did not feel out of place. That may well be because the happy hour is quite a good... More

Fun happy hour bar...but fills up early. Great happy hour food and drink specials, Friday night must stop location when in the city.

Misconduct is a nice addition to an area of the city that doesn't have enough restaurants, especially casual. I live close by so would like to visit more often, but the menu is limited and not healthy. It also isn't very good. I don't think they have a happy hour either. I'm disappointed in it.

Thank 128Mary
