This used to be my favorite cafe in Coupeville with great soups and breads. Sadly this is no longer the case. I took some out of town guests and was embarrassed about the poor food. They now have expanded to have a whole bakery on main street, but I tried it, and was also disappointed with it too.Don't waste your... More

Ordered s simple lunch to go. No sense of time - thought to go would be fast as we just ordered sandwiches. After waiting 25 minutes we left with sandwiches which were above average because the bread was above average!

Food, atmost here and view all excellent. A must go for lunch if you love mussels. They were simply amazing. Shrimp bisque also very tasty.

This restaurant has two parts. The front, facing the street is fresh pastries and coffee. Downstairs, facing the bay is the sit-down restaurant. We ate there for breakfast twice during our stay. Fresh, delicious food, clean restaurant, fresh flowers on the table, a great view of the bay and boats, friendly, fast service. They don't open until 9, there might... More

service was very disappointing, we only ordered 2 sandwiches to go and a small cup of soup, it was a busy sunday at 1pm but it took over 20 minutes and we had to go ask for the sandwiches to see what was taking so long. The waitress brought them out but they needed to be packaged as we said... More

We really enjoyed our soup, sandwiches and Mac n Cheese at Knead and Feed. The homemade bread was wonderful. I had flashbacks of the bread my grandma used to make. The setting on the water was full of casual charm. We were delighted to watch a bald eagle explore the beach below as we enjoyed lunch from our restaurant perch... More

Great food. Bakery items to die for! Huge portions, friendly staff. Be prepared for a wait though at certain times. That's an indication of how good their food is. Great local dining. Buy some to take home. You'll enjoy it.

The bakery smelled wonderful so we ventured downstairs to the full service restaurant. Quaint, overlooking the beach, most tables filled. Yes! We thought we'd made the right restaurant choice for lunch. Oh, dear. Service slow. Chowder cold. Order incorrect. We won't be back to the restaurant, but still tempted by those cinnamon rolls.

Thank Marie L
