We've eaten here several times. Terrific pizza, yummy food. The service was great, and the gelato was excellent too. Five stars.

Went here for dinner Saturday evening, all dishes were prepared hot, excellent, good menu, live music, a good wine selection. the waiting staff were excellent, nice ambiance
Ciao was hopping the night we visited. It had great energy and it was a wonderful scene. The servers were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was fine -- far from bad but not at all memorable. The pasta was soft and bordering on mushy. For me bread makes or breaks an Italian meal and this bread was very plain,... More
We visited here after peak dinner hour and were seated immediately. The server was very friendly and helpful with questions we asked about the food. I had a salad pizza with arugula, Gorgonzola cheese, pear slices and walnuts. The crust was chewy and yummy. My husband had pepperoni pizza, as well as a side salad, and our granddaughter had the... We asked one of the local business owners where she would eat in town, and she told us about this place. It is a great find, a few blocks off the tourist beat. We tried the "Salad Pizza," which was a tasty (and unique) choice. Our server was awesome, I wish I had caught his name.
I had one of the hot Italian sandwiches for lunch when I visited Coupeville for five days. I did not care for the sauce or the seasonings. The service was good and the view from the deck was very nice.
The atmosphere is lovely--- local Coupeville-- with an outdoor eating area, both downstairs and upstairs tables, and a deck as well. There was a nice jazz type duo playing while we were there, adding to the ambience. My food was delicious-- I had the Spicy Sicilian Shrimp Bowl. The caesar salad on a flatbread was also awesome. I would get... More
Got 2 pizzas, a kids order of Mac and cheese, the spicy shrimp pasta and an appetizer of potato skins. We ordered it for take-out to take back to our campsite at Ft. Casey. They had the food ready in 15 minutes, just enough time to drive there. I was greeted by staff promptly and both I spoke with were... More
Staying on Whidbey Island for four days. Spent a day on the beach building shelters from the drift wood and out in the canoe. So tired we decided to phone for a carry out to Ciao. Friendly service taking our order and collected it within 20 minutes. We ordered Pizza and Pasta, just delicious. Good price under $50 for three... More
We are staying in Coupeville for a month, sampling all of the restaurants. Last night we tried Ciao. The four of us had reservations and were seated promptly. The waitress took our drink order and things were going nicely. Forty minutes later we had not seen hide nor hair of our waitress. We hailed someone and they brought out our... More
