We really enjoy eating at MRB. The service is so attentive and makes you feel so welcomed. We look forward to hearing about the inventive specials and the standards. If you are looking for that special dinner look no further.

My wife and I had an excellent meal at the Brasserie, with great service and outstanding food. The pricing is reasonable, especially for a recreation area. One of the nightly specials was Lightly Smoked Salmon and it was outstanding. I do not like the taste...More

Chef Frederic, who used to be at Tamarack, has his own restaurant with the most amazing attention to detail and quality of the food. Loved the mushroom strudel starter and the seared ahi.

This location is so crazy that you can't believe you are going to such an upscale restaurant, but don't be deterred by the bowling alley. You can't hear any of the pins falling below. And the place is super close to stop 7 on the...More

We had dinner at this Brasserie right before heading downstairs for a couple of games of bowling, since both businesses are owned by the same family. The food was delicious, service was *second to none*, and the views outside were exceptional. The restaurant has a...More

We went here for the first time in June 2018. The most wonderful food and service. But you must make reservations at least one month in advance. Beautiful view and atmosphere.

While visiting Mammoth Valley, we had the priviledge of dining at this popular restaurant (celebrating a special birthday). From the start, we knew this was going to be a special dining experience. Dan (owner/manager) warmly greeted us and escorted us to a scenic window table...More

We are mountain casual. People like to dress up a bit, but jeans or whatever you are comfortable wearing is good. We don't recommend ski clothes, because you might get too warm!

Description
Mammoth Rock Brasserie is our French inspired restaurant upstairs at Mammoth Rock 'n' Bowl. The restaurant has incredible views, with beautiful food and menu created by Chef Frederic Pierrel. There is additional seating on the outdoor deck for beautiful sunny days. We also offer a private chef's room just off the kitchen for extra special treatment. We do not offer a children's menu and expect any children in the restaurant to be well behaved, to stay in their seats and to keep their voices to a normal speaking level.
