Keep in mind, everything in Mammoth Village is expensive. So, for the location, Toomey's has reasonable quality and quantity for the price. Food was solidly good: Burgers cooked perfectly and not too small. Fries were well seasoned, hot, and crispy. I got the Ahi Tuna...More

Smoked salmon on a bagel is so Yawn Yawn these days. Thank goodness Toomey's is serving a smoked trout bagel sandwich for breakfast. I am normally not a friend egg fan, but the cook had a magic touch and a perfect sprinkle of sea salt.

Chef Matt Toomey, his menu, location, and atmosphere make this my favorite underground (see what I did there) place to eat in Mammoth. Go for breakfast...GO RED SOX!

Toomey's is locally owned and highly recommended. The bison meatloaf and hamburger were wonderful. Salmon salad was also great! Great service.

While I do enjoy dinner at Toomey's, the breakfast is a must on a visit to Mammoth Lakes. Grab a table on the smaller, more casual diner side of the restaurant for a cozy feel. The coconut mascarpone pancakes are my absolute favorite sit-down breakfast...More

I had fish tacos and enjoyed it very much. We came with members of our car club and most everyone was happy with what they had.

Toomey's is located right near the Mammoth Village and shops and it never disappoints. The Steak Caesar Salad is the best salad I have ever eaten. The chef only has about 8 items on the menu, but everything he does make is done incredibly well....More

During our visit we searched for a restaurant based in Trip Advisor reviews. Unfortunately all the better rated were closed. We stopped at Toomeys and are very glad we did. Limited seating, homey atmosphere, big screen tv, great service. Food was really good. I had...More

Yes, Toomey's does allow well behaved dogs to sit with their owners while they have a delicious meal. Always use good judgement when taking your pets to dinner. Not all patrons enjoy a whinny dog who barks at strangers, or... More
