I've eaten Rafters several times over the last few years, I've never been disappointed with their variety or their service

Visited this restaurant with my family and had to wait 30 minutes for a table. Service didnt seem that urgent but eventually we were sat. Food was ok but nothing special for a holiday meal.

Was OK....I had the bison chili....which was very good. Atmosphere had me puzzled. Felt like I was in a "biker bar" and didn't really relax. With all the choices in Mammoth Lakes, I'm not sure that I'd ever go back to this one.

The food was good but the service left much to be desired. The server forgot surup, the salt was caked and she never came back for coffee refills. The food was pretty good. The Rafter's benedick was my fav.

We stopped in for breakfast around 9:30am. Not too busy, we were seated right away. Took our drink order, iced tea and coffee. Hostess comes back with iced tea and glass of water with no ice? Then we sat and watched waiters walk by and not notice we were there. They were not busy, saw one waiter in bar area... More

They seem a little disorganized but not that bad. Food was ok. A little warm inside but the patio was open.

Priced like a fine dining restaurant though food was good but not spectacular. Salmon dish cost $28 and was not much different from what you get at a casual chain restaurant. Tables on the patio were all wiggly, again not what you expect in an expensive restaurant

Went for a birthday dinner, 7 adults and 4 children, with a reservation. We were initially seated in a hot room with air so stale one of the kids started feeling ill. Our waiter offered to move us, we accepted and said we would wait on their outdoor deck until the new table was ready. When our waiter waved us... More

Pretty solid breakfast. We sat outside on the deck and welcomed the day with a delicious breakfast burrito. The staff was super chill and had great suggestions for hiking trails and festivities. It's a pretty relaxed vibe and I know they also have music at night sometimes. All in all this place was a great first stop before heading up... More

We were staying at the hotel and called to see if we could order our food to go. The woman I spoke to was so nice and helpful. The menu had changed a few days prior to our stay, so she told me some of the new items. We had no problems picking our food up to eat in the... More
