We were two couples. We enjoyed the food very much. Best bratwurst I ever ate. Sampled six of their beers and could not decide on one that we did not like.

Dropped in for dinner after a long, busy day. Warm friendly welcome and immediate seating for our party of 6, including 2 children. Service was top-notch. Menu is comprehensive and the kids menu extensive. The children were treated as important members of our group. The food was outstanding. Our orders included burger, cheese steak, chicken, bratwurst. Every plate was appetizing... More

You have to order a hamburger! Not the most healthy, but you canal ways diet later. It's worth it! They use upgraded beef that is expensive, but worth the higher cost. The French Fries are outstanding and have subbed grilled veggies in the past too. Several great beer choices from the microbrewery. I enjoyed the Steelgarten Wit if you like... More

We have been here several times it is a nice atmosphere, good food and a friendly staff. We have had the burgers and the French dip both are very good. Good selection of beers, I like the valley golden.

Great grub and a fantastic selection of crafted beers. The soft pretzels and beer-cheese is a great opener. Two of us had the butter-milk chicken - excellent.

Second time at the Brew Works and food, drinks are great, seating outside it is just perfect in a summer day. Service is a little slow but you do not need to rush.

Food is always good! We love their pretzels and beer cheese. But, if you don't go during an appetizer specials time the food can be pricey. The beer is good too but also a bit expensive.

I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food here. I went with my family who live in town, and they made some recommendations, but the whole menu is amazing! Although the place was busy, the wait wasn't too long and the food was more than worth it.

While visiting Bethlehem, we happened upon the Brew Works. We are not beer experts, but we were impressed with the beers as well as the food. We ate there twice and on both occasions, our servers gave us great information about the beers as well as the food. The restaurant makes a conscious effort to use locally sourced products which... Established on April 15, 1998 by the Fegley Family, the Bethlehem Brew Works successfully captured the essence of Bethlehem’s steel industry in a 250 seat brewpub. Accompanying the handcrafted beers brewed right in the restaurant is a full bar specializing in single malt scotches, small batch bourbons, and specialty martinis.
