Easy choice for dining in Bethlehem

If you are in downtown Bethlehem and need a meal this is one of the must stop places. It boasts a large menu and the ability to accommodate large or small groups. The food is consistently good. As a brew pub, they offer a wide selection of in house brews and commercial brews as well. During the... read more

I have been to the Brew Works countless times for lunch, dinner and parties. The service is good, I have never waited to be seated, the menu is varied so that everyone can find something to choose to eat. I am not a beer drinker but my adult sons are and they ALWAYS head to the Brew Works when they... More

We stopped in and sat at the bar. Wife had a glass of wine and I was offered a taste of an IPA beer which was quite good. The place was very noisy from the music and the people trying to talk over the music. We had already had lunch so we didn't have anything to eat. We had to... More

We loved the burgers and fries. I orders the beer flight sampler. Wow, my favorite was an Imperial Stout aged in oak Bourbon barrels.

We visited Bethlehem Brew Works as a family in October 2015. We've visited previously, but this is our first review... They didn't take call-ahead seating, but it only took a surprisingly quick 20 minutes or so to be seated after we arrived. While we waited, we strolled about in the indoor Commons - small shops of all sorts - which... More

If you're in the mood for pub food and an unpretentious atmosphere, this is a good place. The brews and wines are pretty good. The food is pretty good pub food. The service downstairs in meh, but the service upstairs is usually good.

Visited here for a drink then ordered food to take back to our hotel. Upstairs was pretty noisy but downstairs in the Steel garden was much quieter so we enjoyed relaxing. Very friendly staff and enjoyed the take out when we got back to our hotel.

My past experiences haven't been the greatest at Brew Works. One time, a woman left a used diaper open on the floor in the ladies' room (I don't know why, I have three kids, and I always get the used diapers into the trash can). On another visit, we were in bar downstairs for a friend's birthday, and an overly... More

A brew pub in a redeveloped department store in historic Bethlehem. No surprises and no complaints. Typical brew pub offerings of comfort food, and the expected brew pub vibe.

Good selection of beer and the waitress was kind of enough to offer a sample before ordering. Food was ok, nothing special. We were seated on the second level which was dark and secluded. We should have asked to be seated near the bar area to get the full ambiance of this brewery. A little disappointing considering some other restaurants... More
