About
Established on April 15, 1998 by the Fegley Family, the Bethlehem Brew Works successfully captured the essence of Bethlehem’s steel industry in a 250 seat brewpub. Accompanying the handcrafted beers brewed right in the restaurant is a full bar specializing in single malt scotches, small batch bourbons, and specialty martinis.

Happened to be back at the Brew Works with friends recently for a night out after a long absence. Food is still top notch and atmosphere fun and relaxing. I especially enjoyed the flatbread with Buffalo chicken.

Had a wonderful waiter - very pleasant and funny! Have a nice menu - what you would expect from a brewery. Have a gluten free menu too! Always have a great meal and drinks!

Let me start by saying, the food is excellent! You have to try the hot wings. Service was great and the food came out very quick, even though it was on the crowded side. But we were seated right away. I would definitely recommend this...More

Went for supper and a drink. Both were excellent. Staff was friendly. We got immediate seating on a Saturday evening. Only down side was that we had driven into town and it was hard to find close parking.

I have eaten at the Brew Works many times as my former employer was located about 2 blocks away but I never reviewed it before. It was busy as usual when we were there. I chose a featured entrée instead of a regular menu item....More

Fun atmosphere, great service and wonderful menu selections. The harvest salad with their lentil burger is outstanding. 😋

This is a favorite meeting spot for old friends, with good food, attentive servers, on a busy street corner with lots of opportunities for people-watching. It gets busy during Musikfest and the holidays, but so does everywhere in Bethlehem.

The place was bustling on a Friday night. We were asked to switch our table once seated. We were served raw fish. Overall I would not recommend.

Despite the previous answer that there is no outside seating, there is. We sat outside and enjoyed a delicious meal on a beautiful spring day. I do agree with the previous reviewer that reservations probably are not... More
