Always busy, decent food, highly enjoyable brews. A must-see as part of any downtown walking day. A perfect stop for lunch, dinner, or a beer or two.

The service was excellent. The lunch selections were plentiful. The onion soup with stout was delicious as well as the beet and goat cheese wrap .

I had lunch here twice during my recent trip to Bethlehem and, as usual, was delighted that I had chosen the place. The menu is varied, with everything from appetizers and salads to heartier entrees and burgers. The beer selection is always good and extremely fresh since it's mainly made onsite, and their wines aren't bad either.

If you're in the downtown area of Bethlehem and looking for some good eats and craft beer, this is the place. I've been going here for almost 20 years and have always had great food and excellent wings! Love the cheese soup!

Came here for dinner with some collegues and had a good time. The restaurant is actually much bigger then it looks like when you enter the bar. The decor is pretty cool with the brewing equipment visible. As expected the menu has a great number of beers. Would definately be back next time I'm in town.

Better bar food than most, and they have a special spot downstairs. Night life seems much different than day patrons but an ok place for beers and some food with friends

My hubby and I stopped in here for lunch on our way home from The sands. We enjoyed everything we ordered. Wings were delicious. We also shared the chefs choices platter with hummus , vegetable dip and a chutney with Pitas and assorted veggies which was light and also delicious! French onion soup also did not disappoint, cheesy and very... More

Food and drink are almost always fabulous. Unfortunately, sometimes the service is lacking or weirdly standing around.

Established on April 15, 1998 by the Fegley Family, the Bethlehem Brew Works successfully captured the essence of Bethlehem’s steel industry in a 250 seat brewpub. Accompanying the handcrafted beers brewed right in the restaurant is a full bar specializing in single malt scotches, small batch bourbons, and specialty martinis.
