Apollo grill is worth the time! The food and drinks were spectacular but their service will leave you wanting to come back. We had brunch and everything was perfect. Michelle was very kind and made us feel at home.

So we booked a hotel last minute on Valentine's day and decided we would grab some dinner once we got into Bethlehem. Apollo Grill was the #1 ranked restaurant and we gave it a shot by just walking in with no reservation and them being...fully booked. MAN WAS IT AMAZING! Walking in the door we were greeted by the General Manager Jansen who not only was very accommodating and got us a table within minutes but continued to be heavily involved in our dining experience. Between Jansen and our server Michelle, any question we had was promptly answered on the spot. Michelle took exceptional care of us throughout our entire evening at Apollo Grill with her knowledge of the specials and drinks, and her keen attention to detail. The owner Rachel personally stopped by to check in on our dining experience and we ended up chatting like old friends who hadn't seen each other in while. The food was great, the drinks were great but the service and the staff from top to bottom made this one of the most pleasurable dining experiences that we have ever had. Thank you. -The FishersMore

Tremendous menu ranging from a great selection of appetizers and sandwiches in the $10 - $15 range on up to wonderful, but more expensive meals. Oh, did I mention the wait staff from the receptionist to the waiter/waitress are most cordial. For those who love...malted milk, this is the only restaurant I have found that serves malted milk ice cream. You just gotta' come here.More

We had an amazing lunch. Very tasty! We all ordered appetizers and could have stopped there. I had the shrimp lemonciello, it was perfection on a plate! Easily a meal for most people. My son had the pizza du jour, a thai pizza and nachos....He is a College kid and said those were the best nachos he has ever had! They were the best!! Enough nachos for 3 people. The pizza was excellent as well. Incredible the next day cold! My wife had the crab asparagus bisque. Super! The meals were spectacular! The service spectacular! The atmosphere very nice! Everyone wants to go back tomorrow!!!! On a scale of 1 to 5, it is a 12!More

I dine 4/5 nights a week in the Valley when I’m in town on business. I’ve made no qualms about my favorite being Apollo. I had dinner here recently, in the tent out back, and I loved the Wedge salad presentation as well as the...Lobster ravioli. Desserts are always rated 10. I’ll just add, Ocean, in Easton, has also been providing great meals. Love the Lehigh Valley dining seen, but Apollo tops all.More

My father comes to town on business every few months. For his most recent visit he asked me to choose a restaurant in Bethlehem, near his hotel. It's been many years since I've been to Apollo Grill, but I remember the experience being a good...one. I made reservations for 6:00 and was immediately seated. There were 4 of us in our party (myself, my father, my hubby, and my (very picky) 16 yr-old daughter). I'm a vegetarian, so I ordered the Margherita pizza. It did not disappoint. Other entrees ordered by my family included the Ahi tuna and the butter chicken. Everything was delicious! My father was impressed with my choice of restaurant, and says he can't wait to return again soon!More

You better come here hungry because the meals are quite large, and while you may walk out weighing more, your wallet won't be much lighter. Speakig about large meals, even the appetizers are a meal in themtselves. Try the nachos. Three of us had a...hard time finishing them. Be sure to try the chocolate malt ice cream.More

We sat outside in the patio for a lovely dinner on a chilly evening. Everything we had was well prepared and presented and portions were generous. Staff did their best to accommodate requests including rearranging tables to make some guests more comfortable while still following...strict COVID requirements. Really enjoyed this meal and the attentive staff.More

Just off the main drag in Bethlehem is the City's best restaurant. It has a pop art decor and amazing food. Every item is familiar but is given the Apollo twist. I would describe the place as "hip dining". The staff is efficient and super...friendly and the prices are very reasonable. You should, however, make a reservation because the place gets really crowded unless to go early when they first open for dinner.More

We can definitely accommodate your granddaughter. When you call to make the reservation, just tell us you need a vegan meal and let us know any particular foods she likes or dislikes. We do our best to please all!

Yes, the Apollo is totally wheelchair accessible with a separate designated restroom. As we are a busy restaurant, it can get noisy but not overly so. Maybe avoid the peak hours as we serve from 11 am to 10 pm.
