I have never been to a restaurant where the entire team worked together seamlessly to deliver an amazing experience like at the Melting Pot in Bethlehem. Our waiter was amazing, personable and attentive. Of the 4 different Melting Pots we have dined at, this was the cleanest, nicest with the best service and good. Twice I saw someone drop a piece of paper on the ground and the very next associate walking by quickly swooped it up. Waiters who weren’t ours would grab empty plate or refill water. When the manager stopped by during dessert he seemed genuinely proud of his team to hear our praise. Ownership should be proud of this high performing team.

I’ve been dying to visit the Melting Pot and finally last week, I was able to visit with my best friend and her husband. The place is so romantic. It’s the perfect first date place. The staff was inviting and friendly. Our waiter was amazing. He was polite and information and prompt. He explained the menu to me and how it would work since it’s my first time. We choose our cheese fondue and moments later we were dipping breads, fruits and vegetables. He brought us more fruit at our request (you can get refills of anything except the meats, I believe!) we choose our main course and we’re told the proper cooking times. I have nothing bad to say about the meat lovers main course with the burgundy sauce fondue. We ended the night with chunky peanut buttery ooey gooey deliciousness as we dunked classics like cookies, fruits and cake pieces. I can’t wait to return.

I did not expect for the waiter to go beyond our expectations and it truly felt like that we were in our own little world. I loved how safe it was for us to enjoy our anniversary dinner and we were able to scoop up some specials at the evening on courtesy of the waiter. I would definitely recommend this place for either couples or family.

I loved my experience here! I was out with my mom and step father and 2 younger siblings. We were seated quickly. This is because we made reservations. The cheese was great. I would recommend the cheddar. the entree was so delicious. I recommend the original for first time people because it gives you a little of everything. Dessert was great as well. But what made the experience the best was our waitress! Marieliza clearly knew how to keep some customers. She was so sweet to us. When my younger sisters iPad was getting low, she even offered to use her own charger to charge it and it kept her happy for the duration of the meal! I would honestly request her everytime if I could!!! She even made us a cute little plate of cursive chocolate saying family night with little strawberries as hearts!!!10/10 would come back again

Our second visit to The Melting Pot restaurant brand (first was in Sarasota, FL). It did not disappoint. Service timing was perfect and our waitress was very attentive to making sure we had everything we needed. Plenty of food and we enjoyed every aspect of the dining experience. Highly recommend!

Server was wonderful. Everything else was awful. I am disappointed. Great concept, really wanted to like it. Waited 45 minutes before anyone came over. Waited one hour and fifteen before drinks came. Food was inedible. I worry about cross contamination cooking steak and shrimp next to chicken on the not so hot pan. At least it was expensive.

We arrived at The Meling Pot in Bethlehem, PA about 10 minutes before our reservation. We were seated in less than 2 minutes. They were running their Valentines Special. We had no clue when we made the reservation that this was all that was available. It was a new and seperate menu for the Valentine's dinner. We asked if we could still do the regular menu and they were more than accomodating. We hadnt seen this on the website or when we booked the table. So for them to make an exception was pretty fantastic. Our waitress was amazing, as they usually are. I wont leave names on this review but whoever the manager is, and the waitress we had on Saturday the 18th, are the best. Ive always loved The Melting Pot and have been on several occassions. First time I brought my 10 year old daughter and she was blown away. Thank you for a fantastic dinner and wonderful evening at The Melting Pot. We will see you agian very soon.

We came here to start off my wife's birthday weekend and it turned out to be a great choice. It's a really nice looking place. Seats are comfy and perfect for a nice dinner. We did the Big Night Out Dinner and enjoyed every bit of it. Our server was Oneida and she was terrific. We will be back!

The food was good and service were unbeatable. However what you're getting for the price you're paying, leaves the value as highly debatable.

Our waitress Brie. The manager all helped us find a parking spot during a very busy time at music fest. They went above and beyond for us. The food and experience was also amazing.

Great time with family, service was excellent and food was delicious. However, I am not a big fan of paying a lot of money for a meal and have to cook it myself. Still an interesting experience.

My wife and I went with a large family group to celebrate a birthday. The others had been there before but this was our first time at the Melting Pot. The young people had a great time but my wife and I (the seniors in the group) were underwhelmed. On the positive side we thought our drinks were good and the salads excellent. The fondue cheese pots were nice too. The apples and bread pieces that came with the fondue were okay, but the veggies were tired and dry in both appearance and taste. With the entrees, the steak pieces were low quality. I ate most of mine but my wife stopped half way through. My chicken pieces looked like lumps of fat and I skipped these. We didn’t cook the accompanying potatoes and tired broccoli. Among the deserts the bananas foster turned out to be slices of banana and chocolate fondue. Seriously? And the so-called S'mores were nothing more than tiny bits of graham crackers with unappealing accompaniments (like Rice Krispie cubes and marshmallows that were way bigger in size than the crackers … ???); the strawberries were good. For $50/person we thought this was poor value. Still, the kids and most of the other adults loved it. Part of that is that the venue is an event, with complex ordering and serving, allowing a lot of time to cook the food at the table and socialize (in our case 3 hours, too much for me). I should say that management was conscientious and stopped by to see if everything was okay. My wife and I did not comment. We felt that the flaws went beyond the local staff. It seemed to us that major Corporate changes in direction would be necessary to satisfy us (like procurement of quality food). Once again though, the others at the table were satisfied.

We got right in at our reservation time. Took just under 3 hours to complete the meal courses, it did not feel that long. Our waitress was so friendly and made our 1st time experience there perfect. The fondue is made at our table while we watched , the assortment of things to dip were great, who would think apples taste so good in cheese!, next up is the salad ..the dressing I got was entirely too strong for my liking and they brought me a new plate with a different dressing... then the food came, cooking it ourselves was so much FUN, we laughed and really enjoyed this together, the many different sauces they serve with it were incredible!.. then came dessert , ohhhh big pot of chocolate.. we chose the plain milk chocolate this time but there are so many amazing choices , will be trying smores next time. They even wrote date night on a plate for us in chocolate. We got our own private type booth in the back, it was quiet, relaxing, and all we could see was each other. Cant wait for our next date night!

Everything, about this experience was amazing. The staff were super friendly. They took care of us from the moment we walked in until we left. The food was, and always is, super fresh. There is a great selection on the menu. A little pricey but well worth it, you get what you pay for. They had complimenatary champagne for this event and gave us an extra glass that evening. Our waiter was very personable and took his time explaining the menu as well as making sure we were satisfied throughout the night. Some of the staff went out of their way to snap some pictures for us as they walked by our table. They would make special accommodations if necessary to the food we were ordering. This place is great if you just want to go grab an appetizer, have a full meal, or even just go for desserts. It's all amazing and can't go wrong with any of it.
