I loved my experience here! I was out with my mom and step father and 2 younger siblings. We were seated quickly. This is because we made reservations. The cheese was great. I would recommend the cheddar. the entree was so delicious. I recommend the...original for first time people because it gives you a little of everything. Dessert was great as well. But what made the experience the best was our waitress! Marieliza clearly knew how to keep some customers. She was so sweet to us. When my younger sisters iPad was getting low, she even offered to use her own charger to charge it and it kept her happy for the duration of the meal! I would honestly request her everytime if I could!!! She even made us a cute little plate of cursive chocolate saying family night with little strawberries as hearts!!!10/10 would come back againMore

Server was wonderful. Everything else was awful. I am disappointed. Great concept, really wanted to like it. Waited 45 minutes before anyone came over. Waited one hour and fifteen before drinks came. Food was inedible. I worry about cross contamination cooking steak and shrimp next to...chicken on the not so hot pan. At least it was expensive.More

Great time with family, service was excellent and food was delicious. However, I am not a big fan of paying a lot of money for a meal and have to cook it myself. Still an interesting experience.

My wife and I went with a large family group to celebrate a birthday. The others had been there before but this was our first time at the Melting Pot. The young people had a great time but my wife and I (the seniors in...the group) were underwhelmed. On the positive side we thought our drinks were good and the salads excellent. The fondue cheese pots were nice too. The apples and bread pieces that came with the fondue were okay, but the veggies were tired and dry in both appearance and taste. With the entrees, the steak pieces were low quality. I ate most of mine but my wife stopped half way through. My chicken pieces looked like lumps of fat and I skipped these. We didn’t cook the accompanying potatoes and tired broccoli. Among the deserts the bananas foster turned out to be slices of banana and chocolate fondue. Seriously? And the so-called S'mores were nothing more than tiny bits of graham crackers with unappealing accompaniments (like Rice Krispie cubes and marshmallows that were way bigger in size than the crackers … ???); the strawberries were good. For $50/person we thought this was poor value. Still, the kids and most of the other adults loved it. Part of that is that the venue is an event, with complex ordering and serving, allowing a lot of time to cook the food at the table and socialize (in our case 3 hours, too much for me). I should say that management was conscientious and stopped by to see if everything was okay. My wife and I did not comment. We felt that the flaws went beyond the local staff. It seemed to us that major Corporate changes in direction would be necessary to satisfy us (like procurement of quality food). Once again though, the others at the table were satisfied.More

We got right in at our reservation time. Took just under 3 hours to complete the meal courses, it did not feel that long. Our waitress was so friendly and made our 1st time experience there perfect. The fondue is made at our table while...we watched , the assortment of things to dip were great, who would think apples taste so good in cheese!, next up is the salad ..the dressing I got was entirely too strong for my liking and they brought me a new plate with a different dressing... then the food came, cooking it ourselves was so much FUN, we laughed and really enjoyed this together, the many different sauces they serve with it were incredible!.. then came dessert , ohhhh big pot of chocolate.. we chose the plain milk chocolate this time but there are so many amazing choices , will be trying smores next time. They even wrote date night on a plate for us in chocolate. We got our own private type booth in the back, it was quiet, relaxing, and all we could see was each other. Cant wait for our next date night!More

Everything, about this experience was amazing. The staff were super friendly. They took care of us from the moment we walked in until we left. The food was, and always is, super fresh. There is a great selection on the menu. A little pricey but...well worth it, you get what you pay for. They had complimenatary champagne for this event and gave us an extra glass that evening. Our waiter was very personable and took his time explaining the menu as well as making sure we were satisfied throughout the night. Some of the staff went out of their way to snap some pictures for us as they walked by our table. They would make special accommodations if necessary to the food we were ordering. This place is great if you just want to go grab an appetizer, have a full meal, or even just go for desserts. It's all amazing and can't go wrong with any of it.More

We came bc it has been 8 years and now was the time to take our 6 yr old. The waiter was great, he went right for the kid & chatted it up with her. Service was great, we were right in the walk way...of all the staff though. We got all the extra stuff we asked for. Clean up was fast & drinks were filled. We picked the normal cheese & chocolate bc of the kid. At the end the waiter surprised my little girl with a candle in a rice Krispy treat & said have fun on your California trip !! Made her so happy and she ate all the Krispy treats . All the dips are good, the oil pot was a little messy. Glad we came.More

The ingredients were not of good quality. It was ok and I'm sure most people would enjoy it. The ambiance was a lot of fun and the service was actually really good.

Our family, group of 9, went to eat for their Easter Brunch special and have nothing but positive things to say. For some of us it was a new experience and others had already been there a few times before. The food was very good,...but the service is what will have us all return again. From the moment we entered, the friendliness of the staff made you feel very welcomed. Our waiter made a minor mistake, but the manager made up for it, which was honestly unnecessary. Mistakes happen to all of us. The waiter was very friendly and helpful. Since we were a large group we were sitted in a private room. My parents especially liked that the most. I would most definitely return.More
