We always make time to have Sunday Brunch at the Tap Room. The food is delicious and the service is great. You are never rushed to leave. Great place to meet up with friends.

How wonderful to escape the heat and crowds to lunch at the Tap Room! Friendly service, great food that didn't break the budget. Nice atmosphere, and fun to see how many photos of famous guests we could name.

This is a very classy bar. It is part of Hotel Bethlehem and is very cool looking with all the leather furniture. Great for drinks and some quick bites.

My wife and I dined in the Tap Room last evening. We started with a calamari appetizer. It arrived and was extremely greasy and the calamari was like eating rubber bands. Our dinners then arrived. My seafood Cobb salad was delicious - no complaints. My wife however ordered grilled mahi mahi with Asian noodles and baby bok choy. The fish... More

Looking for a lighter dinner, we chose the Tavern Room. We were not disappointed. A varied menu with something for everyone. I had the seafood cobb salad which was delicious and the best Manhattan ever! So many photographs of famous people who had been there kept us bust while we waited for our food. A very relaxing and enjoyable meal!

We dinner here on a Saturday night with a wedding reception taking place on the mezzanine, so it was a little loud. The food, however, was very good. We had the seafood cobb salad, which was very fresh and composed of shrimp, lobster, crab, a half of avocado, blue cheese and bacon on a bed of lettuce with a light... More

Went to lunch and was pleased although the menu seemed limited. The seafood chowder was excellent as was the tomato/basil soup. Not as happy with the mahi-mahi which was dry and small. Service was ok, not great. The PennState ice cream parlor next door serves great ice cream for your dessert!!

My inlaws were in town for their first visit so we took them to see downtown Bethlehem. We walked around a bit before deciding on getting a bite to eat in The Tap Room at Hotel Bethlehem. It is such a nice Hotel and the tap room has a great vibe. We all enjoyed our meals.

My husband and I ate here for our first anniversary, and the food was excellent! As a repeat patron of staying at the hotel, our drinks were comp'd, which was a nice touch! The staff was attentive and friendly, and the ambience is cozy and comfortable.
