I started with the Lentil soup. The large bowl came with just the vegetables. My girlfriend looked at the bowl a bit perplexed. Then came the hot broth poured on top which kept the vegetables crispy. It was fabulous. The Liberty Garden's Mixed Greene Salad was great. For my second course, I had the Cast Iron Seared Rhode Island Fluke... More

This is consistently an all around top notch restaurant. I'm always wowed by the variety of flavor combinations in every dish I've ever ordered. Very highly recommend. I just wish they could improve the parking lot a bit. It's uneven and often muddy.

If you love to dine in the classic sense (meaning participating in conversation rather than reading your text messages), then go on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday and ask for the six-course tasting menu with wine pairings. Previous reviews have raved about Bolete's exceptional dishes. However, the chef added a dimension to the tasting menu that we had never experienced... More

The menu had some interesting items such as rabbit (which my husband loved). We had oysters on the half shell and a delicious cheese tray for appetizers. My son and I had ribeye for our main course and it was sliced and served over potatoes. I loved the presentation since there was no fat (ribeye tends to be fatty). Dessert... More

We were a party of four on a Thursday night. When booking the res we were offered the chef's tasting menu = $75 per person and plan to spend the evening. We were served six courses each, although the ladies and men sometimes got DIFFERENT offerings for some courses. So there was sharing and side deals. Amazing variety of ingredients... More

The meal was wonderful and the service was exceptional. I had the rabbit; it was done to perfection. We will be back!

We came here on a whim while visiting our Lehigh daughter. The location is a short drive through countryside and is housed in a historic building. Having dined in the farm to table meccas of Burlington VT and New York, we were unprepared for how delighted we would be with this restaurant. The food, the wine, the service were all outstanding.... I am a big fan of Farm to Table and Bolete provides just that to it's guests. The atmosphere is exceptional and remains one of my favorite small venue restaurants. The desserts have improved. The Service is OK, but lacks professionalism.

We came here after a Lehigh wrestling match with six guys on a recommendation. It was a late 9;30 start. The restaurant itself is in an old inn built back in the 1700's it is steeped in history. To start things off they have a fantastic selection of very interesting cocktails which I recommend trying one. They also have a... More

The food is mouth wateringly delightful and so different from any other place around town. The venue is bit tight but worth it.
