We have gone here many times for our aniversary dinner. They have the best salmon dinner I have ever eaten, compliments to the chef. We have never had a bad experience there. If your in town for Musik Fest it is worth eating there.

Where to start? The cocktails were great I highly recommend the cucumber gimlet (vodka for me)! Pair that with a local cheese tray enough for a taste for four. We also had the shrimp cocktail HUGE shrimp beautifully prepared!! The Caesar salad was flat. Dinner should have been the highlight. I had the Char great flavor, hot and the risotto... More

We had excellent meals and very interesting imaginative selections. The beet salad with asparagus was delicious. The filet mignon was done perfectly and the sides were also very good. Dessert (strawberry shortcake) was amazing. My husband had the salmon also served imaginatively, tasty and done to perfection. The wine selection was also very good. Our server, Stephanie was outstanding. Thanks... More

My boyfriend and I eat out a lot and quickly are becoming foodies. Out of all of the meals we have shared together, this was our favorite! The salmon and the lamb were superb perfection! It’s that kind of food that makes you go mmmmm after every bite. We went here to celebrate Valentine’s Day. It was very romantic and... More

We have been to the Hotel Bethlehem countless times and it is always a lovely experience. Our favorite room is the 1741 Terrace which has a wonderful atmosphere and views from the huge windows. The other dining rooms are also lovely but we try to get into the Terrace whenever booking a reservation. The Sunday brunch buffet is a belly... More

We ate dinner for a special evening. Our waitress was very knowledgable and described all the entrees. Try to get the cheese plate starter with local cheeses! Lovely views across the river to Lehigh. All the food was delicious. The service was spot on. Such a wonderful meal and experience. Highly recommended!

Although we did not stay at the hotel, we did have dinner there. We dined outside and it was perfect. The food and service were very good. A great way to spend a cool summer evening. Looking forward to our next visit.

Recent dinner at the 1741 on the Terrace was very good. Everything about the meal was excellent. The only slight disappointment was the pork dish was a it on the dry side. The service was excellent and the dining room is quite elegant. The historic tile on the floor is beautiful. Overall a very good experience and we would return... More
