We recommend this restaurant with 100% valuing the excellent service, exquisite food, a cozy place with a good atmosphere where one feels very pleasant, it has good parking and we would return without a doubt. It was gratifying to get this culinary gem since we are new in the city. Thank you for the excellent service.

We accidentally found this restaurant while looking for a different restaurant.
That was the best mistake we've ever made.
I'm not Italian but I do know good food made well.
1 Pasta made from scratch
2 Cheese Wheel with bacon brought to your table and prepared a beautiful experience, fired and mixed in a pan then right to your plate.
3 Burrata salad fantastic
We went without reservations, next time we will have reservations we were lucky they had a table.
Real authentic Italian food, everything made from scratch.
You won’t be sorry, you’ll only be full when you are done.
Extremely friendly family restaurant, no kidding unlike anything you will find anywhere else. We both loved the atmosphere.
The relaxing murmur of people talking, laughing and having a great time.
You must go if you enjoy Italian food.
I’ll guarantee we will be back, with reservations.
Your taste buds will be thankful, nothing compares.

Simply delightful! One of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had! You could tell that every ingredient was high-quality, and that everything being served was homemade. Wonderful service too! You cannot skip dessert; we had the affogato and the tiramisu. Both were fantastic, and the coffee was insane.

As authentic Italian restaurants go, they don’t get much better than this! Owned and operated by real Italians. The menu contains a variety of classic Italian dishes to the point where I have a hard time deciding which to choose. The good news is that there are no wrong answers here. We’ve been very pleased with several delicious selections we’ve made. Their marinara sauce is fantastic. Homemade pasta dishes are great. Tagliatelle Bolognese is a favorite of mine. They do a fine job on appetizers as well. Be sure to have the Caesar salad, as they use the real authentic recipe! If you’re used to average Caesars, then you must try this one.
Tiramisu for dessert is excellent. Portion sizes are very satisfying across the board.
Service is warm, kind and efficient. The restaurant accommodates reservations very well. Not sure what else you could ask for in a very nice, authentic Italian restaurant experience! If I lived nearby I’d eat there very regularly. These folks really care about the dining experience and take a lot of pride in their work. Don't take this place for granted--the restaurant business is hard, and takes so much work. Hopefully they continue to want to put in the hard work, but I am so glad to enjoy this restaurant whenever I can. Highly recommended!

This restaurant is the perfect example of don't judge a book by its cover. The outside of the place might give one cause to think twice about giving it a try. Take the chance, you will so happy you did. This is one of the best Italian eateries in the area. There are not a lot of tables and booths so I will recommend a reservation. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Because we ask, our server had some good recommendations. I got the chicken parm and the homemade spaghetti (small up charge-so worth it)as my side. My wife got the lasagna in Bolognese sauce. Both meals were awesome. All meals come with a house salad or soup and homemade bread. The portions are very large, which meant that we did not try any of the desserts. We saw several go by and they looked unbelievable. Next time for sure.

This was a culinary experience that is worth celebrating with 5 Stars!! The food, the atmosphere with Violin music, the owner Luca with his staff and the choices of quality wine make this a “special night out”!!
I would recommend this restaurant to people who love a good meal and want to be taken care of.

We had dinner tonight at Tiramisu, and although the food was good, we would not go back. My husband and I both had Linguine Vongole, it came with a salad and then we had profiteroles. The owner was the person who took care of us and he has an accent and wears a mask. Very, very hard to understand him. When they brought bread, it was 3 very thin slices which just about added up to one slice of bread. I like cheese on my pasta, but it was like I was being rationed. Since my husband doesn’t take cheese, I asked for his share and could not even get two spoonfuls. I got one and a half. Then we had the dessert, the profiteroles were about the size of 4 small golf balls. Not nearly enough for $12.00. As I said, food was good but we will never be going back.

Quaint little joint located in strip mall provided some skepticism on arrival. Arrived at opening bell 500 pm. Seated promptly. Drink orders taken quickly by waitress and menus dropped by table at same time. Reviewed for a few minutes and placed order for shrimp scampi when drinks brought to table. Table provided bread and butter for appetizer while meal was being prepared. Brought a nice sized house salad with wonderfully flavored Italian dressing. Took 10-15 minutes before meal brought to table. I was brought a generously sized serving of shrimp scampi that was very hot at first bite. Very delicious flavor and was definitely satisfied with my choice. I’d recommend this place for anyone desiring real Italian food and suggest you make a reservation in advance.

After reviews and hype, we were excited to dine at Tiramisu. We were completely underwhelmed. The Pollo Marsala was delivered to the table luke warm, one or two tiny slices of mushroom and very tasteless. The evening special was "homemade" pasta and Italian meat bits prepared in a large Parmesan wheel at the table, again served luke warm and tasteless. We honestly compared the meals to cheap buffet quality fare. One and done with this restaurant.

We were looking forward to trying this restaurant with friends but left feeling extremely disappointed and rather upset by our very rushed service. The waiter gave a strong impression that he was in a hurry and didn’t really want to be bothered serving us. We were rudely interrupted several times whilst in the middle of a conversation, asking if we were ready to pay the bill
The food was okay, nothing special snd certainly we won’t be returning. The waiter needs to learn some manners. Politeness and courtesy costs nothing.
This is the worst service we’ve experienced in a long time.

I saw the review below by a customer who wrote about an Upsetting Encounter at the restaurant. We we’re actually dining at the restaurant that evening and we’re sitting diagonally across from where that group of people being seated. We were able to see and hear what was going on. Unfortunately, they were not happy with the seating arrangements and they insisted on being moved. However, the area they wanted to be moved to was already full with other patrons. After expressing their dissatisfaction, the group decided to leave (yes, the manager did follow them out and I don’t know what was said outside). But from we witnessed, it was a simple misunderstanding of a reservation seating.
The restaurant works hard to ensure their patrons experience excellent and friendly service along with delicious meals. The staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable of the menu items which helped us determine what we would like to order. We’ve been to this restaurant several times and have always had a very pleasant experience.
I would absolutely recommend this establishment to anyone wishing to experience a wonderful meal with excellent staff tending to your needs.
Thank you to the owner and staff for such a great experience

Great dining experience. Authentic Italian fare, delicious, large portions. The Owner, Luca, was extremely attentive and made sure we enjoyed our dining experience. Highly recommend this restaurant if you like a good, homemade Italian meal

Don’t know why it took so long to try this restaurant. Went 2 nights ago for our anniversary. Spectacular experience!!! From the bruschetta to the veal chop and chicken with homemade pasta everything was perfectly cooked and presented. Clearly the BEST restaurant in the area. Entire staff including the busboy made us feel welcomed. Bravissimo!!!!

There are more than enough outstanding restaurants to choose from in Sarasota, Florida. But friends recommended Tiramisu Restaurant, a popular Italian ristorante in nearby Bradenton, so we were persuaded to see if it is as good as advertised. It is. Located at 5215 14th Street West, in Magic Mile Plaza, at the intersection of 53rd Street or State Road 70 and U.S. Route 41, behind Dairy Queen, it is a small, family run Italian restaurant that offers classic Italian dishes and emphasizes home-made pasta and authentic Italian cuisine in an intimate atmosphere. Open from 5 to 9:30 Tuesday through Saturday, Tiramisu made an instant hit with my half-Italian wife, who was especially smitten with its veal recipes. For starters, we had bruschetta with toasted bread topped with diced tomatoes, red onion, garlic, basil and olive oil, bowls of pasta e fagioli and Caesar salad with romaine, croutons, parmesan and Caesar dressing. For her entree, my wife couldn't resist veal scaloppini with fresh tomatoes, artichokes, red peppers, mozzarella and light marinara served with linguini and a side of pasta. I opted for a breaded veal cutlet topped with mozzarella and served with red sauce and a side of pasta. For dessert, we couldn't pass up big helpings of the restaurant's namesake, tiramisu and caramel tiramisu. A real quality dining experience.

Thursday night you are serenaded by live violin music that is wonderful. The menu is so good it is hard to choose a main dish. The house salad is light and fresh, the bread is fresh and the house wine is "just right for the occasion".
We wish we could go more often but our schedule allows us two or three times a year.(Once a month would be a gift from heaven!!) You only have to try this restaurant once and become a regular. The serving staff makes this a true pleasure to visit the establishment.
