We stayed in Fruita overnight and needed a place to eat supper. We drove around and happened upon Munchies. We stopped in at about 5:00 PM and we able to order our food quickly. Our food was delivered to our table. It was hot and...tasty. I had the fish and chips. It was good.More
This is one of those Old Fashioned Burger Joints like I remember from the 60's!
The food is fresh and made to order!
The Green Chili was just OK. The Fries need to be thicker. (I like Steak Fries) they tasted like the Fryer Oil...needed to be changed.
I've had better, but I've also had worse.More
We have had Munchies food delivered to the Fruita La Quinta hotel for many years. All the food is very good. The portions are large. The prices are very reasonable.
Someday we might actually eat at the restaurant. Probably not! The delivery people are fast...and friendly. We are in their computer so a thirty second phone call is all it takes to enjoy great burgers, pizza, salads and moreMore
They have moved, where they were at before was a problem with parking. The problem now? NONE! From salads to hamburgers to what have you, this place is great! They attract everyone-blue collar workers, white collar workers, soccer moms bringing in the kids, seniors too!...A great place to eat!More
We have been to Munchies before, it had always been good in the past. It was a big miss this time. My husband and I had hambugers and chocolate milkshakes. The hamburgers were raw, undone! We could not get the attention of any staff member....Did they not leave it on the grill long enough? Or one of the burners is out and Munchies doesn't know it? Raw, almost bloody hamburgers. The chocloate shakes had a ring of extra chocolate around the top. Didn't look appealing.More
