I had lunch yesterday at this O'Charley's & felt it was an average to good experience. The place seemed to be clean although the table needed to be cleaned a little better, it was somewhat sticky. I ate off the $6.99 lunch menu (1/2 club sandwich & bowl of soup and it was good. Their dinner rolls were very good,... More

We stopped after a morning at Lookout Mountain. We were starving and this was the perfect place for us. My spouse had a beer and I had the a peach tea. (Alcoholic drink) It was wonderful. I had the pecan chicken salad which was delicious. My husband had the Nashville spicy chicken sandwich. He said it was very good. We... More

On a recent Friday evening, my husband stopped into O'Charley's for a quick bite to eat. We chose a seat in the bar as it is seated on a first come/first serve basis. We were quickly greeted by the server who took our drink orders (2 waters), but this is the best part of the entire evening. Unfortunately for our... More

The menu has a variety of food and the service was great! The server who helped us was personable and fast. He even brought my son a sample of the beef soup and my son was thrilled. Our food was hot and yummy! I'd go back and wish there were some restaurants up north!

We were here in a Friday Eve. Was a 15 minute wait. However, we ordered food and it arrived 50 minutes later. We ordered two chicken dinners and one seafood platter. Should not have taken anywhere near that long. The food itself was good. But because of the long wait for food to arrive, I will never eat at this... More

The food was below average. I had fried catfish, and it was too greasy. the fries were ok, but the hushpuppies were rock hard. the service was poor. I waited several minutes to be seated, and several more minutes before I saw a server. It was lunch time, but they weren't full and seemed to have an adequate number of... More

Arrived at O'Charley's before 4:00 on a Sunday afternoon. Not a busy time so we were surprised to be told there was a wait, especially considering the few cars in the parking lot. Eventually we were seated and placed our order. 35 minutes later our waitress came to "apologize" that she had forgotten to turn in our order. At that... More

We have tried the steak on a few occasions and the steaks are less than par. The Ribeye's do not have enough spices which makes them bland, I had the 16oz prime rib med. rare, the first one I got was so tough I could not chew it, I sent it back, the next one was the same and the... More

Hate to say that we were plesently surprised by good food and service, but that's not the norm when at mass market family restaurants.
