They need to maybe expand to a larger place for more seating. Go early, if not you will be waiting for a table. Chips were stale, who wants those? The food is average not like it use to be.

This award winning restaurant wins on food but not on atmosphere. It's great food (I prefer their special burrito, but others swear by the machaca or green chile chicken enchiladas), but it's definitely a "hole in the wall" in terms of atmosphere. Good food and great service, but not the setting for a special occasion.

I don't know if this is the best place for Machaca but I love it here. My wife gets the crab and I get the brisket. Delicious! Service is great as well.

First visit to the borderlands and had to try at least one Mexican restaurant. Was not disappointed. Sort of a "hole in the wall" place in the shadow of the Franklin Mountains on the west side of El Paso, but appropriate (nice) decor and super friendly service. My server knew the right answer when I asked, what would make me... More

We met several local friends at Kiki's for dinner. The atmosphere was local and friendly. The food portions were large. We all came away full!

Famous on Food Network and they uphold that standard well. The food is flavorful and the service is great. They speak English and Spanish so language isnt an issue. The salsa is obviously authentic and a little spicy.

Having tried the usual fare, I decided to try something new and it was a great decision. The fish tacos were superb

Why is L&J's ranked higher than Kiki's? I had a terrible meal recently and unfriendly service at L&J's. Had a great meal and very nice service at Kiki's tonight. The only thing Kiki's needs are real margarita's. The combination plate was served quickly, it was hot, and it tasted great!

We saw this Restaurant on the Food Network and decided to try it out. We were NOT disappointed. The restaurant is not easy to find, parking is an adventure, and the wait can be long. But all of it is worth it. The food is freshly prepared and the tastes are amazing. You will see the traditional names and combinations... More
